して内側ショーケースが棚柱から離脱する危険があるば
かりでなく、外側ショーケースの蒸発器や冷気循環用フ
ァンの保守点検の際には、内側ショーケースを取り外し

28から取り入れ、排出口30から排出することにより内部
を冷気が通過し、収納容器37内の食品を冷却する構成と
なっている。この可動ケース25は前面に透明扉35を備え
ている関係上、その内部の温度は貯蔵室7よりも低く維
持されている。又、可動ケース25の透明扉35は前下がり
に傾斜している関係上、閉扉時エアーカーテンACの内側
流の案内ガイドとなり、エアーカーテンAC下流域の層流
