不正確でもあった。このためその改善が以前から望まれ
ていた。

XY方向移動により釘ホルダをその釘の正面に持って来て
該釘ホルダを下降(Z方向移動)させてその釘の頭を該
釘ホルダ内に嵌合させた後、該釘ホルダを所要修正方向
に所要量移動させて該釘ホルダを折曲修正するものであ
った。

或いは修正方向に隣の釘が位置していると釘ホルダが移
動時にその釘に衝突することがあるので、隣の釘まで無
用に折曲げてしまうおそれがあった。

を横にずらして再度ビデオカメラを正面に移動させなけ
ればならなかったので一本の釘を修正するのにマニプレ
ータで両者を頻繁に移動させる必要があり調整に時間を
要するという問題点があった。

させ画像処理装置400により釘位置を検出させる。そし
てステツプ2にて釘の位置データと実測データとを比較
しずれ量とずれ方向を記憶すると共に、ステツプ3にて
そのずれ量およびずれ方向が許容範囲内にあるかどうか
を判定する。許容範囲外であるときステツプ4にて上記
8個の各ハンマー機構209a〜209hのうちずれ方向に最も
近いところに位置しているハンマー機構を選定する。そ
してステツプ5にてその選定されたハンマー機構のアク
チユエータを作動させそのハンマーによりその不良釘の
頭を叩打しそのインパクトによりその不良釘の曲がりを
修正する。その場合叩打力を測定されたずれ量に従い強
度調整されるようにしても、或いはその叩打回数をその
測定されたずれ量に従い予め決められた回数として必要
な修正がなされるようにしてもよい。そしてステツプ2
に戻り再度ビデオカメラ205によりその釘位置を測定し
位置データと比較しずれ量およびずれ方向を検知し、ス
テツプ3の許容範囲判定をし、修正不足の場合或いは修
正のしすぎで反対側に過度に曲がったような場合に再び
ステツプ4,5にて修正を行なわしめる。その場合、ハン
マー機構209aと209e、ハンマー機構209bと209f、ハンマ
ー機構209cと209g、ハンマー機構209dと209hは夫々釘を
中心とする対角位置にあるので例えばハンマー機構209a
にて過度に曲げすぎたときにはその対角位置にあるハン
マー機構209eにて打ち返してやればすぐに再修正でき
る。こうしてハンマーにより釘頭を叩打する度にビデオ
カメラ205によりその修正結果を測定し、その測定結果
に基づき繰り返しハンマー機構209a〜209hを作動させれ
ばその釘を効率的に叩打修正し得る。

方向に修正することができ、しかもその修正結果をビデ
オカメラによりすぐにチエツクでき再修正も迅速にでき
きるようにしたので一層効率的に短時間で修正作業がで
きるようになる効果がある。
