In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention, both ends of a tubular tube are hermetically attached to a rigid base having a fluid supply / discharge passage, and the fluid is supplied from the supply / discharge passage to the tube. In a gripping device for parts, etc., in which the tube is inflated to grip the part with the tube expansion surface, a tubular shape having a plurality of holes on the outer circumference so as to cover this surface on the expansion surface of the tube The collar is attached and the collar can be rotated to change the corresponding positions of the tube expansion surface and the hole.

According to the present invention, when the tube is inflated, the expansion is restricted to less than half of its expansion surface, and the tube expands only at the hole of the collar and presses against the parts and the like. When the surface to be pressed is deteriorated, the collar is rotated so that the other surface of the tube is positioned at the hole, so that the durability of the tube can be improved.

In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, both ends of a cylindrical tube 3 are hermetically attached to a hard substrate 1 having a fluid supply / discharge passage 2. In this example, the hard substrate 1 is composed of a solid tubular body portion 1A and a hollow tubular body portion 1B, and the solid tubular body portion 1A
A hollow cylindrical body portion 1B is attached to the hollow cylindrical body portion 1B, and a supply / discharge passage 2 is formed in the hollow cylindrical body portion 1B. One end 3A of the tube 3 is hermetically attached to the end of the solid cylindrical body 1A by a caulking ring 4, and the other end 3B of the tube 3 is folded back to the outside to caulking a ring 5 at the end of the hollow cylindrical body 1B. It is installed by sealing. In the first embodiment, the tube 3 is inflated inward. A collar 6 is attached to the lower end surface of the solid cylindrical body 1A. The collar 6 is located on the surface of the tube 3 that expands so as to cover this surface, and has a plurality of holes 7 formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The solid cylindrical body portion 1A is attached to the end surface so that the collar 6 can be positioned at an arbitrary position in the circumferential direction with a screw 8.
After attaching the collar 6 with the screw 8 in place, the hole 7
If the contact surface to this part deteriorates after inflating the tube 3 from the above and using it for a certain period of time, screw 8 into screw hole 8A.
(See FIG. 6), the collar 6 is removed, the collar 6 is rotated so that the hole 7 faces the unused portion of the tube 3, and the collar 6 is attached to the solid cylindrical body portion 1A again with the screw 8. Further, the total opening area of the plurality of holes 7 of the collar 6 is formed to be half or less of the total area of the expansion surface of the tube 6. This expansion surface refers to the outer peripheral surface of the tube 3 within the width above and below the hole 7. Alternatively, the total opening area of the holes 7 is designed to be ½ or less of the total outer peripheral surface area within the upper and lower widths of the holes 7 of the collar 6. Further, the holes 7 are formed at equal intervals, and when the collar 6 is rotated and replaced, the parts other than the part of the tube 3 which has been swollen from the hole 7 are directed to the hole 7. Figure 2
Shows a perspective view of the collar 6 before attachment, showing the hollow cylindrical portion 1B.
The collar 6 is inserted into the tube 3 from the lower end side, and attached to the end surface of the solid cylindrical body portion 1A with screws 8.

In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the tube 3 is constructed so as to expand outward. In this example, a fluid supply / discharge passage 2 is formed in a hard base 1, and one end of a tube 3 is folded back on the hard base 1 and sealed by caulking rings 4 and 5 for attachment. A collar 6 is covered so as to cover the tube 3 from the outside, and the collar 6 is attached to the hard base 1 by screws 8 so that the attachment position in the circumferential direction can be freely changed.

In the first embodiment, a hexagonal protrusion 9 may be formed on one end side of the collar 6, and a hexagonal groove 10 corresponding to the protrusion 9 may be formed on the solid cylindrical portion 1A side. Yes (see Figure 6). With this hexagonal alignment,
The position of the tube 3 that expands from the hole 7 can be changed accurately.

As described above, according to the present invention, a tube-shaped collar having a plurality of holes on its outer circumference so as to cover this surface of the tube is attached to the tube, and the tube is rotated to rotate the tube. Because the corresponding position of the expansion surface and the hole can be changed, the tube expands from the hole of the collar and presses against the part etc. to have sufficient gripping force, and the expansion surface of the tube that presses against this part etc. Can be easily changed depending on the mounting position of the collar, improving the durability of the tube.
