より、スピードリング間に設けた上カバー上に発電機を
設置後、発電機の主軸に水車ランナを連結後、案内羽根
が自立した状態で下カバーを上カバーに固定出来るの
で、水車側は発電機の据付け前に自由に組立てることが
出来るようになった。従って、本発明の据付時間は従来
の据付時間に比べて大幅に据付時間約7か月短縮出来る
ようになった。
