【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、電子コントローラの収納ケースに係り、特に
洗濯機等の水を使用する機器の電子コントローラに好適

トローラの収納装置としては特開昭60-183795号公報,

開口部を上に向けて取付け固定したものがほとんどであ
り、内部の固化した防水性充填材がケースから脱落する
心配はなかった。しかし、ケースの開口部が上向きに取
付け固定されている場合には、外部から水滴等が浸入し
た際に第2図に示す如く、防水性充填材の上面に水19が
留り、電子部品の腐蝕や部品端子間のリーク等防水効果
が低下する為、防水性充填材を注入固化した箱形ケース
の開口部を下に向けて取付け固定する方法が防水性能を
高めるうえで有効である。このように箱形ケースの開口
部を下向きに取付け固定すると、内部の防水性充填材と
ケースの接触面に剥離が生じた場合に電子コントローラ
を埋め込んだ断水性充填材がケースより脱落する恐れが
ある。脱水性充填材と樹脂成形によるケースとの接触面
の接着強度は、必要な場合に指先で剥せる程度としてあ
る。なぜなら、防水性充填材により固化された電子コン
トローラ上の部品が故障した際に修理する必要上、防水
性充填材により固化された電子コントローラをケースよ
り取出す必要がある為である。従って、特に強い振動や
衝撃が加えられた場合に前述のような脱落が発生する恐

レタン樹脂等の防水性充填材7が注入されている。特
に、主剤及び硬化剤より成る2液性の樹脂を使用する際
には2液がムラなく均一に混合されるように、十分撹拌
する必要がある。また防水性充填材7の内部に気泡が残
留すると、防水性能が低下する為、防水性充填材7全体
を真空脱泡するのが効果的である。さらに、印刷配線板
2を防水性充填材7に浸した際に、両者の温度差により
防水性充填材7が発泡するのを防ぐ為、前もって電子部
品1,チップ部品5が実装された印刷配線板2を80℃にて
5分程度予備加熱しておくことが望ましい。さらに印刷
配線板2の導体パターン側に残留する気泡を少なくする
為、印刷配線板2を防水性充填材7に埋込む場合に、印
刷配線板2をケース6内に設置した後で防水性充填材7
を注入するのではなく、前もってケース6内に防水性充
填材7を注入しておき、その中に印刷配線板2の片端を
斜けて浸し、あとは自重により自然に防水性充填材7の
中に沈むようにする。この方法により気泡は自然に印刷
配線板2の下面に伝わって上昇し、残留する気泡は少な

る。操作パネル11には外部からの操作で操作パネル11の
内側に固定されたスイッチ板14上のスイッチをON,OFFさ
せる為のスイッチ操作子15が設けられ、スイッチ操作子
15の上面には水の浸入を防ぐ為の印刷シート16が貼られ
ている。ケース6のリブ内壁の防水性充填材7に浸る部
分にはケース6と一体に成形された、ケース6の底面と
平行な方向に長い爪状の凸部17が設けられている。この
凸部は長方形のケース6の長い方の壁面に設けられ断面

ラ収納装置において、ケースは一方に開口部をもつ箱形
状に形成し、ケースの内底には印刷配線板を内底面から
浮かす立上りボスを形成し、ケースの内壁には印刷配線
板がケースから抜け出るのを抑える脱落防止用爪を形成
し、この脱落防止用爪は前記内壁の対向面に形成し、脱
落防止用爪には同爪の先端からケースの開口部に向って
傾斜面を形成し、立上りボスと脱落防止用爪にて保持さ
れる印刷配線板をケースに注入する防水性充填材で被覆
し、ケースの開口部側が下向きになるように配置してな

トップカバーに取り付ける電子コントローラ収納装置に
おいて、 ケースは一方に開口部をもつ箱形状に形成し、ケースの
内底には印刷配線板を内底面から浮かす立上りボスを形
成し、ケースの内壁には印刷配線板がケースから抜け出
るのを抑える脱落防止用爪を形成し、この脱落防止用爪
は前記内壁の対向面に形成し、脱落防止用爪には同爪の
先端からケースの開口部に向って傾斜面を形成し、立上
りボスと脱落防止用爪にて保持される印刷配線板をケー
スに注入する防水性充填材で被覆し、ケースの開口部側
が下向きになるように配置してなることを特徴とする電
