形成してある。上記のような構成の網体9よりなる仮設
蓋4で壁3の背方側の壁枠1の開口を塞いだ後、図2に
示すように、はめ込み口6に断熱材充填用吹き込み装置
7の吹き込み部5をはめ込み、繊維状の断熱材16とバ
インダーとを同時に吹き込むのである。ここで、使用す
る繊維状の断熱材16としてはロックウールが使用さ
れ、バインダーとしてはフェノール樹脂等が使用され
る。繊維状の断熱材16とバインダーとを同時に吹き込
んで、バインダーが硬化または半硬化した後、釘等の固
着具9を外して仮設蓋4を取り外すことで、仮設蓋4を
再使用するものである。図3には仮設蓋4を取り外した
状態が示してある。そして、この仮設蓋4の取り外しに
当たって、網体9に離型剤を塗布しておくことで、バイ
ンダーが硬化しても簡単に離型して網体9を取り外すこ
