【発明が解決しようとする課題】界面活性剤に配合する
植物抽出物の中には、上記のように種々の植物の抽出物
があるが、本発明者らの研究によれば、期待する使い心
地(使用時の感触)や薬効(アレルギー性皮膚病のある
人、皮膚に対する感受性の高い人に対する無刺激性、皮
膚に創傷があるときの止血効果、しもやけになりやすい
体質の人に対するしもやけ抑制効果、青白い体質の人や
冷え症に対する補血効果など)が充分には得られないと
