However, in the case of the above dust collector, it is necessary to use bolts or fixtures to fix the permanent magnets, and the firmly fixing permanent magnets may be broken. There is a problem that it is easy. Further, conventionally, since it is necessary to fix the permanent magnets to the respective chambers in the transmission case that are divided by the partition wall, the number of permanent magnets increases,
There was a problem that the mounting work was also complicated.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a partition wall that divides the interior of the transmission case into a plurality of chambers in the vicinity of a mating surface of a transmission case that is composed of a plurality of members, and is adjacent to a lower portion of the partition wall. While providing a communication hole that communicates the chamber, a recess that opens upward in a region corresponding to the communication hole is formed so as to straddle both chambers, and by storing a permanent magnet in the recess,
The permanent magnet is regulated to fall out of the recess at the edge of the communication hole.

That is, when assembling the transmission case, if the other case member is combined with the permanent magnet housed in the recess of one case member, the permanent magnet is housed in the recess of both case members and communicates with each other. It will be retained at the edge of the hole. That is, the permanent magnet can be fixed without using any bolts or fixtures. Further, since the permanent magnets are arranged so as to straddle the two adjacent chambers, it is possible to simultaneously adsorb the metal powder in the two chambers with one permanent magnet.

In the vicinity of the mating surface F between the mission case 21 and the extension housing 24, the partition wall 21c that divides the mission case chamber 30 and the extension housing chamber 31 is provided integrally with the mission case 21 as described above. A communication hole 32 that communicates the two adjacent chambers 30 and 31 is formed in the lower portion of 21c. Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, frame portions 21d and 24a surrounding the communication hole 32 are projectingly provided in a portion of the mating surface F corresponding to the communication hole 32, and the frame portions 21d and 24a are projected. A recess 33 is formed inside. The recess 33 accommodates a permanent magnet 34 whose lower surface and peripheral surface are protected by a magnetic plate 35. Permanent magnet by the magnetic plate 35
It is possible to increase the adsorption force by increasing the adsorption area of 34 and guiding the magnetic force of the back surface to the front surface side. As described above, the communication hole 32 is provided in the lower portion of the partition wall 21c, and the communication hole 3
Since the recess 33 is provided so as to surround the recess 2, the upper surface of the permanent magnet 34 housed in the recess 33 is prevented from coming off at the upper edge of the communication hole 32. In other words, if the mission case 21 and the extension housing 24 are united with each other, the permanent magnet 34 can be prevented from falling off without fixing it with a bolt or the like. When molding the mission case 21, if the upper edge surface of the communication hole 32 is flush with the upper end surface of the frame portion 21d, rattling of the permanent magnet 34 can be most effectively prevented, and the upper edge of the communication hole 32 can be prevented. If the surface is set slightly above the upper end surface of the frame portion 21d, two chambers 3
It is possible to provide a passage that connects 0 and 31. FIG. 2 shows the latter example.

As described above, since the permanent magnet 34 is attached to the site of the communication hole 32 that communicates the two chambers 30 and 31, the metal powder 36 mixed in the lubricating oil in both chambers 30 and 31 is as shown in FIG. One permanent magnet 34
And it is efficiently adsorbed by the magnetic plate 35. Therefore, it is not necessary to dispose permanent magnets in both chambers 30 and 31, respectively.

The shape of the permanent magnet is not limited to the rectangular solid shape as in the embodiment, but may be U-shaped or annular in order to increase the surface area, and a through hole or a recess may be provided. Alternatively, the magnetic plate attached to the permanent magnet may be extended outside the recess to increase the attracting area.

Further, the partition wall of the transmission case is not limited to one provided on one case member (the mission case 21 in the embodiment) that constitutes the mating surface, and may have a structure in which the partition member is sandwiched between two case members. As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a communication hole is provided in the lower part of the partition wall that divides the interior of the case into a plurality of chambers, and a recess opening upward is formed at a portion corresponding to the communication hole. By storing the permanent magnet in the recess,
Since the permanent magnet is restricted from dropping from the recess at the upper edge of the communication hole, if the other case member is combined with the permanent magnet housed in the recess of one case member, the permanent magnet will drop out. Prevented, no bolts or fittings required. Moreover, since the metal powder in two adjacent chambers can be simultaneously adsorbed by one permanent magnet, the number of permanent magnets can be reduced, and
Installation work can be reduced.
