Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.少くとも1個のサクションカップ或いはそれに類似の手段により多孔体に与 えた減圧によりその多孔系が排気されている状態において、少くとも1種の層を 、その粉末成分のスラリーに該多孔体を浸漬して該多孔体に少くとも部分的に被 覆するように施こし、その後に該多孔体を焼結或いはその他の熱処理により稠密 化することを特徴とする複合体の製造方法。
- 2.該多孔体が複合体であることを特徴とする先行の請求項に係わる方法。
- 3.該多孔体が予備焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1に係わる方法。
- 4.該多孔体がウィスカー、ファイバ及び/或いはプレートレットで補強されて いることを特徴とする請求項1−3に係わる方法。
- 5.該適用層が該多孔体より耐摩耗性が高い及び/或いは化学的安定性が高いこ とを特徴とする先行請求項のいづれか1項に係わる方法。
- 6.該適用層が該多孔体より有利な摩耗特性を有していることを特徴とする請求 項1−4に係わる方法。
- 7.該適用層が該多孔体とは別の電気特性を有していることを特徴とする請求項 1−4に係わる方法。
- 8.該適用層により該焼結体がその表面に圧縮応力を有するようにしたことを特 徴とする先行請求項のいづれか1項に係わる方法。
- 9.該適用層が該多孔体の多孔を閉鎖し、該後続熱処理が所謂ポストHIP処理 であることを特徴とする請求項1−4に係わる方法。
- 10.該複合体を圧力伝達ガス媒体により稠密化してから該層に浸漬により少く とも1つの中間層を追加的に施こし、その後にガラスの、或いは加熱する間にガ ラスを生成する材料の包囲体を粉末状で施こし、その後当該包囲体を該複合体が 均衡加圧と焼結により稠密化される前に加熱により該圧力媒体に対し不透過性に し、当該稠密化処理の後で該中間層とガラス包囲体を除去することを特徴とする 請求項1−8に係わる方法。
- 11.該スラリーが0.1−100μmサイズの2−50体積%の粒子及び、水 、アルコール、炭化水素及びケトンの群からの1種の液或いは複種の混合液であ って、適宜の有機性化合物、好ましくは表面活性化合物が分散と該スラリーの粘 性と該適用層の強度とを向上させるために添加されて成る液から成ることを特徴 とする先行請求項のいづれか1項に係わる方法。
