2. Description of the Related Art A conventional method for manufacturing a decorative board is shown in FIG.
~ It was as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, a pattern sheet 3 on which a predetermined picture, a design, or the like is drawn on a sheet material is superposed and fixed on the upper surface of a main plate 1 cut into a predetermined shape with an adhesive agent 2, and then, As shown in FIG. 7, a transparent polyurethane undercoat paint and a polyester topcoat paint are applied to the upper surface of the pattern sheet 3 by the spraying device 5 in two undercoating steps and two or three topcoating steps to form a surface. The layer 4 is formed, and then, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper surface of the surface layer 4 is ground by a sander 6 to a smooth surface 4a, and then the upper surface of the surface layer 4 is buffed by a buff 7, as shown in FIG. Polishing is performed to finish the mirror surface 4b, and a decorative plate B is obtained.

In the prior art described above, since the surface layer 4 is formed by repeating the coating and drying of the coating material, it takes a lot of time and the coating thickness is uniform while the bubbles are formed. There is a drawback that it requires skill and experience because it must be prevented. Further, there is a limit in the thickness of the surface layer 4 formed by coating, and the protective function of the design sheet 3 is deteriorated, and the design sheet 3 cannot be seen through in a deep state. In addition, the coating material must be mixed with a light-colored curing agent and accelerator, which lowers the transparency of the design sheet 3. Further, the polyester resin has poor impact resistance, so that cutting, V-groove, etc. However, there was a drawback that the secondary processing of was difficult. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a novel method of manufacturing a decorative board that solves the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, as shown in FIG. 1, a base plate 10 made of fiberboard (MDF) or plywood cut into a predetermined shape is provided, and an adhesive 11 is applied to the upper surface of the base plate 10. This adhesive 1
1 is a thermosetting, transparent and solvent-free adhesive, for example, acrylic syrup mixed with a predetermined amount of a curing agent and an accelerator, and 10 to 20 g of the adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the main plate 10 by a flow coater or a knife coater. / Apply with a thickness of 2 and place the design sheet 12 on the upper surface of the adhesive 11.
The picture sheet 12 is formed by cutting a vinyl chloride sheet, a cloth, a veneer, or the like on which a predetermined picture or design is drawn, into a predetermined size.

Next, with the adhesive 11 in an uncured state, an adhesive 13 is applied to the upper surface of the picture sheet 12 as shown in FIG. The material and the coating thickness of the adhesive 13 are the same as those of the adhesive 11 described above, and the surface plate 14 is placed on the upper surface of the adhesive 13 to form the primary product A1.
The surface plate 14 is formed by cutting a preformed acrylic resin plate having excellent impact resistance into a plane shape of the base plate 10.
The thickness of the surface plate 14 is about 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm, and as shown by the imaginary line, the surface plates 14 are bent toward the upper side and pressed from the central portion while being placed toward both ends in order. Also, prevent air from entering the design sheet 12.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, a paper impregnated with a melamine resin solution, that is, a straightening sheet 15 is attached to the lower surface of the main plate 10, and a pair of upper and lower hot plates (hot press) is used.
16 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the surface plate 14 and the lower surface of the straightening sheet 15 and pressed against each other, so that the adhesives 11 and 13 and the straightening sheet 1
The melamine resin solution in 5 is heated and cured to form the secondary product A2. The temperature of the hot plate 16 is adjusted in the range of 80 ° C to 120 ° C corresponding to the curing temperature of the melamine resin liquid impregnated in the adhesives 11 and 13 and the straightening sheet 15, and the sandwiching pressure is 50 kg / cm 2. ˜70 kg / cm 2, and the pressure-setting time is the time for which the melamine resin liquid impregnated in the adhesive 11, 13 and the straightening sheet 15 is cured, for example, 3-10.
It is about a minute. The above-mentioned straightening sheet 15 is used for each adhesive 1
This is to prevent the base plate 10 from warping by causing it to cure and shrink corresponding to the curing shrinkage of Nos. 1 and 13.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the secondary product A
The upper surface of the second surface plate 14 is ground by the sander 17 into the smooth surface 14a having a predetermined surface accuracy to obtain the tertiary product A3. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface of the surface plate 14 of the tertiary product A3 is polished to a mirror surface 14b by the buff 18 to obtain a product, that is, a decorative plate A.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the surface plate is formed by the preformed acrylic resin plate, and the pattern sheet placed on the base plate is covered by the surface plate. Therefore, the conventional coating process is not required, and it can be quickly obtained without requiring skill.
In addition, by selecting the thickness of the acrylic resin plate as the surface plate, it is possible to easily obtain a product with a predetermined thickness, which enhances the protection function of the pattern sheet and allows the surface plate with a thickness to be interposed. By seeing through the design sheet, the design sheet can be seen in a deep state, and the commercial value is increased. In addition, secondary processing such as cutting, grooving, and polishing becomes easy, and it is possible to utilize the product in the field of products that could not be used conventionally.
