ジ)に突き当たる部分はポリエチレン層が無いため水分
が浸入し易く、更にその端縁部は押し型により潰され紙
繊維の絡みが破壊されて水分が浸入し易い状態になって

れている。この罫線2は第2図に示すように、製函前の
ブランクの状態のときに押し型により成形されるが、本
考案の場合にはこれら罫線のうち容器本体1の上下の端
縁1a,1bに向かう罫線例えば2aは、その先端2b
が第3図に示すように容器本体の端縁1bに突き当たら
ないで適宜の距離l(2mm程度)を残してその手前で止

て、浸漬後ヒーターで加熱した際に、過発泡が生じてピ
ンホール発生による溶着不良を引き起こすことが無くな

本体の端縁も押し型により潰されないので繊維の絡みが
破壊されず、水分の浸入を防ぎヒーターによる加熱時に
過発泡及び不完全な熱溶着シールを未然に防止する効果
