The need for heat insulation from the outside air is naturally different, and the required thickness of the heat insulation panel is different. When a heat insulating box having a plurality of chambers such as a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber is manufactured, a plurality of chambers formed of heat insulating panels having different thicknesses, for example, a T-shaped connecting portion at the boundary between the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber. Although they were connected using a heat insulation panel, the structure is complicated and it takes time to manufacture, and it is inconvenient for storage and transportation due to the weight.
A prefabricated refrigerator as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 468 has been devised.

The chamber is a thick insulation panel, and the bent edge of the surface plate on the inner side is the same size as the bent edge of the thin insulation panel. None, the bent edge at the end of the surface plate on the outer surface side is extended by a difference in thickness with a thin heat insulating panel to form a connecting portion with a thin heat insulating panel, and this connecting portion has a thickness of Since the thin heat insulating panels are connected and provided adjacent to each other, the connecting structure of the panels having different thicknesses becomes simple and inexpensive.

問題があった。However, when connecting the heat insulation panels that form the side surfaces of each room, there is no problem if the floor surface is made flush with concrete construction, but the same heat insulation panel that forms each room on the floor surface is used. If used, a rug with a different height is installed under the floor panel by the difference in the thickness of the heat insulation panel that forms adjacent chambers so that the lower ends of the side walls are at the same level, or the side panels of adjacent chambers are used together. It is necessary to arrange a coupling device so that it can be coupled even if there is a step at the lower end level, and it is necessary to install it at a position displaced by the difference in thickness, and the number of types of panels increases In addition to being complicated, there is a problem that assembly is restricted and lacks versatility.

(14) and the corner frame (17) is provided on the heat insulating material side, and is a connecting device fixed by the foam heat insulating material (12), and is inside the frame body (24), (25) of one side opening made of metal or resin. Hook (2
6), one of the pins is stored. Among the coupling devices provided on the refrigeration heat insulation panel (2), the coupling device (22A) provided corresponding to the opening (20) of the first connection surface (18) of the corner frame (17) is The pin (28) is provided on the outer surface of the outer plate and the outer plate (11) and a space is provided between the outer plate and the outer plate (11) so that another connecting device (22B) described later can be held in an orthogonal relationship. Also, the second connection surface (19) of the corner frame (17)
The connecting device (22B) provided corresponding to the opening (21) of the frame body (24B) has a vertical length of the frame body (24B) as compared with the frame bodies (24) of the other connecting devices (22) (22A). Two pins that are long and have a certain distance (T) vertically in the frame (24B)
(29) (30) is provided. Here, the constant distance (T) is a difference in wall thickness between the refrigerating heat insulating panel (2) and the refrigerating heat insulating panel (4), and is hooked to the lower pin (30) as the second pin.
When hooking (26), the hook (26) is rotated, but with this rotation, the upper pin as the first pin is placed inside the trajectory drawn by the tip of the hook (26) (which is of course an arc). The distance (T) is set to 50 mm in this example as long as (29) does not enter. The height position of the upper pin (29) is set at the same height position as other heat insulating panels forming the side surface. And the opening (20) (2) of the corner frame (17)
By connecting the hooks to the pins through 1) and the openings of each frame, the heat insulation panels are attracted and connected to each other.

However, in order to perform freezing storage in different temperature zones, a thick wall insulation panel for refrigeration (32) and a partition insulation panel (3) and a thin wall insulation for refrigeration are used. The same connecting device may be installed also in the case where the first freezing chamber and the second freezing chamber are formed by the panel (33).

It is provided so as to form a ring. On this floor frame (42), a freezing heat insulation panel (2) is laid in the freezing compartment (5) and a refrigeration insulation panel (4) is laid in the refrigerating compartment (6) as floor panels. At this time, both rooms (5)
A difference in panel thickness, that is, a step difference of 50 mm occurs at a boundary portion of (6), that is, a connection portion between the refrigerating heat insulating panel (2) and the refrigerating heat insulating panel (4). Therefore, when side plates of the same height are placed and fixed on the floor panel, a step of 50 mm also occurs at the upper end thereof, and the connecting device (22B) provided on the heat insulating panel forming the side plate is provided.
Although there is a 50 mm step between (23) as well, the lower pin (30) of the two pins provided at the top and bottom of the coupling device (22B) with an interval of 50 mm corresponds to the hook (26). Because it will be
If both are scratched, the panels can be connected and connected. Then, the top plates of the chambers (5) and (6) may be placed and fixed on the side plates.

In this case, it is preferable that the heat insulating door (43) can be opened toward the refrigerating compartment (6). In addition, on the floor panel of each room (5) (6), a stand (44) having good air permeability is installed, for example, having a leg portion of several tens of mm to separate stored items from the floor surface. In this case, if a table (44) is selected that has a height that fits within the step caused by the difference in floor panel thickness, the table (44) will interfere with the opening / closing operation of the heat insulation door (43). In addition, it is not necessary to provide a notch for a portion that hinders the opening / closing operation unlike the conventional case.

A first pin for connecting to an adjacent insulation panel,
Since a connecting device for accommodating a second pin positioned below the first pin is provided for connecting with an adjacent heat insulation panel when floor panels of adjacent chambers are located at different heights, the adjoining device is provided. If the floor panels of the chambers to be operated are at the same height position, the first pin connects with the adjacent heat insulation panel, and if the upper surface of the floor panel of the adjacent chamber is at a different height position, it is adjacent to the second pin. It can be connected to the heat insulating panel, and the panel connection can be performed according to the height position of the floor panel. Moreover, since the thick heat insulating panel can be connected to the thin heat insulating panel without making the floor surface at the same height, a member for making the floor surface at the same height can be omitted.
