て、従来の石膏ボードでは10枚のすべてについてボー
ド用原紙の不均一な剥離が見られた(合格率0/1
0)。 (比較例)本発明では、樹脂液を予めボード用原紙に含
浸させたものによって石膏を被覆するようにしたが、逆
にボード用原紙で石膏を被覆した後に樹脂液を含浸させ
たものについて、基材としての評価試験を行った。石膏
ボードの製造後に樹脂液を含浸させると、樹脂液がボー
ド用原紙を浸透してさらに石膏の芯材にまで至ることが
予想されるため、これが石膏ボードの基材としての性能
に変化を来すか否か、特に防火性能の面で評価を行っ
た。その結果を表2に示す。但し、供試体の大きさは一
枚の大きさが40×40(mm)で厚さ9(mm)のものを全体とし
て厚さが50(mm)となるように、それぞれ調整したもので
ある。
