2. Description of the Related Art Inorganic heat insulating materials such as glass wool and rock wool have high moisture permeability, so when they are installed as heat insulating materials inside the outer wall of a building such as an outer wall, the water vapor in the room will remain as a heat insulating material. The phenomenon of so-called "internal dew condensation" occurs when it enters the inside and is cooled on the surface of the outer shell and its vicinity to cause dew condensation, which causes damage such as seepage of dew condensation water into the room, stains, and deterioration of heat insulation. . The same applies to various fireproof coating materials. In order to prevent this phenomenon, at present, a film-like material having a large moisture resistance such as a synthetic resin film is pasted on the indoor side of the heat insulating material.
In a room with a large number of complicated projecting corners and entering corners that occur at the joints such as columns, floors, beams, roofs, and ceilings, it is necessary to be extremely careful and to spend a lot of time and effort to bond the film-like materials without gaps. To do. In addition, a hard urethane resin is sprayed on the spot to cause foaming, but there is a problem in the adhesion strength between the foam and the fireproof coating material.

According to the present invention, a solution or dispersion of a moisture-proof synthetic resin is sprayed onto an indoor surface of a building provided with a heat insulating material or a fireproof coating material, and dried to form a continuous moisture-proof layer. The main point is the on-site spray moisture-proof construction method.

Examples of the moisture-proof synthetic resin used in the present invention include acrylic resin, vinyl chloride resin, vinylidene chloride resin, and epoxy resin. These synthetic resins may be sprayed in a state of being dissolved in an organic solvent or water, or may be sprayed in a state of being dispersed in water. Organic solvent solutions are superior in terms of drying speed,
From the viewpoint of working environment, it is preferably used in the state of an aqueous solution or an aqueous dispersion. The synthetic resin used in the state of aqueous solution is
It must have the property of becoming moisture-proof by chemical changes after spray drying. This is because a synthetic resin having no such property has a poor moisture resistance of the coating film after drying.

The spraying in the present invention is carried out by using an ordinary spray gun, and when the thickness of the coating film in one spraying is insufficient, it is sprayed twice or more to obtain a sufficient coating film thickness. To do. Drying after spraying may be natural drying, but hot air may be sprayed to accelerate the drying.
