Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a feed for fish culture by effectively utilizing a large amount of bean curd refuse produced as a by-product in the preparation of bean curd and hitherto mostly discarded as an industrial waste necessary to prevent the putrefaction by an expensive thermal drying treatment. CONSTITUTION:Bean curd refuse is mixed with a solidifying agent, kneaded, solidified by drying or heat-treatment and formed in the form of chips having proper size. The bean curd refuse can be modified by biotechnology to a more preferable fish feed. It can be combined with other valuable industrial wastes such as defatted peanut.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fish feed using okara, which is produced as a by-product during the production of tofu, and more particularly to a fish feed for aquaculture, and more particularly to the above-mentioned solid okara. The present invention relates to a fish feed containing a solid chip of an appropriate size by adding an agent. More specifically, by bio-treating the Okara,
The present invention relates to a fish feed using okara, which has a higher nutritional value and improved digestion and absorption as a fish feed, and a method for producing the same. Conventionally, okara, which is produced as a by-product in the production of tofu, was sometimes used as a feed for livestock such as cows, but it could not be administered as it was as a feed for aquaculture fish. That is, since the above okara has sufficient nutrition, a temperature of 20 to 50 ° C., and a water content of 80 to 83% even after soymilk is separated, it is prone to putrefaction. Not only that, the fish were not eaten as they were, and even if they were eaten, they were poorly digested and absorbed as food, which was extremely inappropriate.
However, if it is continuously sprayed and used as fish feed, it eventually becomes industrial waste and the water becomes turbid, the water decays due to its nutrition, and there is a fear of triggering the red tide. Most of them had to be deposited on the bottom of the water to become sludge. [0004] The problem to be solved by the present invention is to effectively utilize okara, which was not suitable as a bait for fish for aquaculture, as a bait for fish. This problem is to make okara into a form that is easy for fish to eat, to obtain sufficient nutrition and digestive absorption as fish feed, and to be insoluble in water. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is solved by adding a solidifying agent to okara to solidify the okara. It is also necessary to biotreat the okara with a fungus such as natto, yeast, bacteria, or other suitable medium to modify the okara into a nutritional source suitable for fish feed. Further, it is to prevent solidified okara from easily dissolving in water. The function and structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. That is, it goes without saying that not only fish feed but also animal feed using okara can be applied very widely. Further, it may be solidified together with other suitable organic, inorganic, waste, chemical fertilizer and the like to be a useful fertilizer. [Example 1] A flow sheet will be described as an example. Soybean ↓ Fine selection Raw material soybean is selected and dusts and other foreign substances are removed. ↓ Washing Brushing or washing with water. ↓ Immerse in soaking water (8 to 18 hours) to absorb water about 2.2 times as much as raw soybeans. Grinding Grind the soybeans while adding water to make "soy juice." ↓ Heating Boil the soybean juice at 98-105 ° C for 2-6 minutes. ↓ Separation Boiled “soybean juice” is separated into “soy milk” and “okara”. ○ The separated "soy milk" is hardened tofu by adding a coagulant. The separated "okara" is 20 to 50 ° C
It contains 80 to 83% of water. This okara is again sterilized by heating at 100 to 105 ° C. for 2 to 6 minutes, then cooled to 25 to 30 ° C., mixed with natto bacterium, and fermented for 6 to 12 hours while being kept warm. Okara modified by fermentation is 10 to
200%, preferably 20-50% wheat flour and a suitable amount of water are added and kneaded to form a lump. This as it is, or 1
After laying it for 2 days, it is spread on a noodle making machine into a sheet having a thickness of 2 to 5 mm. The sheet-shaped okara is stamped into a suitable size or slits into noodles. It is also made into chips with an appropriate size. The chips of okara are placed on a mesh-like conveyor belt and baked in a kiln just like a cookie.
Baked at 30 to 200 ° C. for 5 to 15 minutes to obtain fish feed. The above-mentioned chips of okara are boiled or steamed in a pot to prepare fish feed. Example 2 About 20% of defatted peanuts (waste) obtained by extracting fats and oils and an appropriate amount of water were added to the okara separated in Example 1, and the mixture was added at 100 to 105 ° C. for 2 to 6 minutes. After heat sterilization, it is cooled to 25 to 30 ° C., and a medium such as natto bacteria or other bacteria and bacteria is mixed and fermented for 3 to 12 hours while keeping the temperature. Okara and defatted peanuts modified by fermentation are kneaded and kneaded by adding 20 to 50% of wheat flour and an appropriate amount of water. This is made into chips and baked by the method of Example 1 to obtain fish feed. Example 3 Okara of Example 1 or Example 2 was mixed with sardine surimi, a small amount of wheat flour and an appropriate amount of water, kneaded, pressed into the shape of a larva, and baked. The fish is colored and used as fish food. [Embodiment 4] Okara chips of Embodiments 1 to 3
The fish paste is prepared by coating a thin kamaboko dough prepared by kneading sardine surimi and starch with water and then baking it. As described in detail above, according to the present invention,
Various effects as listed below can be obtained. (1) Okara, which is produced as a by-product during tofu production, is conventionally treated as industrial waste, but since it is easily decomposed, it must be buried in the soil immediately or dried to prevent alteration. It was Even if it is dried and powdered at a large cost, it has few useful uses, and the okara, which was in trouble because it could not be effectively used, can be used as fish feed. (In fiscal year 1992, about 500,000 tons of soybeans are processed into tofu every year, and a large amount of okara is generated.) (2) Okara and other substances are modified by biotechnology such as natto bacterium, resulting in high nutritional value. A fish feed that is easily digested and absorbed is obtained. (3) It can be effectively used in combination with degreased peanuts and other plant materials, fish internal organs, animal substances such as bovine bones, and other highly valuable industrial wastes. (4) Massive fish such as sardines that are poor in large catch can be used as a solidifying agent by making them into surimi. (5) Solid chips can be formed into any size and shape, and fish feed tailored to fish can be manufactured. (6) Since it is chip-shaped, it is not bulky and easy to handle. (7) Can be stored. (8) It does not dissolve in water in a short time. (9) Animal feed can be manufactured. (10) Fertilizer can be manufactured.
