【産業上の利用分野】この発明は豆腐を製造する際に副
製するオカラを利用した魚餌にに関し、特に養殖の魚の
餌に関する、詳しくは前記オカラに固形化剤を添加して
適当な大きさの固形チップとした魚餌に関する。 更に
詳しくは、前記オカラをバイオ処理することによって、
魚餌としてより栄養価が高く、消化吸収性を改善せしめ
た、オカラを利用した魚餌とその製造方法に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来、豆腐を製造する際に副製するオカ
ラは、牛など家畜の餌として利用されることがあった
が、養殖の魚の餌としてはそのまま投与できなかった。
【0003】
【発明が解決しょうとする課題】即ち、前記オカラは豆
乳を分離した後も、充分な栄養と、20〜50℃の温
度、80〜83%の水分があるので、甚だ腐敗しやすい
ばかりでなく、そのままでは魚が食わず、たとえ食った
としても餌として消化吸収が悪く甚だ不適当であった。
然して、これを魚餌として散布投与を続けると、結局は
産業廃棄物となって水は濁り、その栄養のために水は腐
敗し、赤潮の引金となる怖れがあるばかりでなく、オカ
ラの殆どは水底に堆積してヘドロになるしかなかった。
【0004】この発明が解決しようとする課題は、従来
養殖の魚の餌として適当でなかったオカラを、魚餌とし
て有効に利用することを目的としている。
【0005】この課題はオカラを魚が食いやすいような
形態にすることであり、また魚餌として充分の栄養と消
化吸収が得られることであり、徒に水に溶けないことで
ある。
【0006】
【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を達成するため
に、この発明ではオカラに固形化剤を添加し、オカラを
固形化することによって解決される。
【0007】また、オカラを納豆菌などの菌、酵母、バ
クテリア、その他適当な媒体でバイオ処理をし、オカラ
を魚餌として好適な栄養源に改質せしめることである。
【0008】更に固形化されたオカラが容易に水に溶け
ない用にすることである。
【0009】
【作用及び構成】以下実施例によってこの発明の詳細を
説明するが、この発明がこれらの実施例に限定されるも
のではない。即ち魚餌だけではなく、オカラを利用した
動物の飼料しとても広く適用出ることは言うまでもな
い。
【0010】更に、他の適当な有機、無機、廃棄物、化
学肥料、その他と一緒に固形化して有用な肥料としても
よい。

【実施例1】実施例を、フローシートについて説明する
と、
大豆
↓
精選 原料大豆は選別し、塵などのきょう雑物を除去する。

洗浄 ブラッシング又は水洗。

浸漬 水に(8〜18時間)浸漬し、原料大豆の2.2倍くらいに吸水さ

状に展延する。
【0014】上記シート状のオカラは、適当な大きさ形
状に型押しするか、或は麺状にスリットされる。 又適
当な大きさにチップ化される。
【0015】チップ化されたオカラは、網状のコンベア
ベルトに乗せられ、窯の中で、クッキーを焼くように1
30〜200℃で、5〜15分間焼成して魚餌とする。
【0016】又上記チップ化されたオカラは釜の中で煮
るか或は蒸して魚餌とする。
【0017】
【実施例2】実施例1で分離されたオカラに、油脂を抽
出した脱脂ピーナツ(廃棄物)を約20%と適当量の水
を加えて、100〜105℃で2〜6分間加熱殺菌して
から25〜30℃に冷却、納豆菌または他の菌、バクテ
リア、などの媒体を混ぜ、保温したまま3〜12時間発
酵させる。
【0018】発酵によって改質されたオカラと脱脂ピー
ナツは、20〜50%の小麦粉と適量の水を加えて混
練、塊状にする。これを実施例1の方法でチップ化、焼
成して魚餌とする。

【実施例3】実施例1又は、実施例2のオカラに、鰯の
摺り身と小量の小麦粉、適量の水を加えて混練、子魚の
形状に型押しし、焼成してから魚の彩色を施し魚餌とす
る。

【実施例4】実施例1〜実施例3のオカラのチップに、
鰯の摺り身と澱粉などを水で練った薄い蒲鉾生地を被覆
してから焼成などして魚餌とする。

【発明の効果】以上詳述したように、本発明によれば、
以下に列挙するような種々の効果が得られる。
(1)従来、豆腐製造の際に副製するオカラは、産業廃
棄物として処理されているが、甚だ腐敗し易いために早
急に土中に埋めるか、或は乾燥させて変質を食い止める
しかなかった。多大の費用を掛けて乾燥させ、粉末にし
ても、有用な用途が少なく、有効利用できず困っていた
オカラが魚餌として活用できる。(1992年度で、年
間約50万トンもの大豆が豆腐に加工され、大量のオカ
ラが発生している。)
(2)納豆菌など、バイオの技術でオカラその他を改質
し、栄養価が高く消化吸収し易い魚餌が得られる。
(3)脱脂ピーナツなど植物質、魚の内臓、牛の骨など
動物質、その他の栄養価が高く価値のある産業廃棄物と
組み合わせて有効利用できる。
(4)大漁貧乏となる鰯などの大衆魚を、摺り身にして
固形化剤に利用できる。
(5)自由な大きさ、形状に固形チップ化でき、魚に合
わせた魚餌が製造できる。
(6)チップ状なので嵩張らず、取り扱いが容易であ
る。
(7)貯蔵ができる。
(8)短時間では水に溶けない。
(9)家畜の飼料が製造できる。
