Description of the Related Art Cutting oil is used in the cutting process of precision machine parts, electric parts, etc., but in many cases it does not become a product when these parts adhere to each other. It is washed and removed using a solvent. Known organic solvents used in these are hydrocarbon solvents such as kerosene, benzene and xylene, chlorine solvents such as trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene, and freon solvents such as trichlorotrifluoroethane. In particular, CFC-based or chlorine-based solvents, which have characteristics of high cleanability and nonflammability, are used for electronic, electrical, mechanical and other parts.

As the degreasing detergent in the present invention, a mixture of alkylene glycol alkyl ether or alkylene glycol alkylphenyl ether containing water is used. The degreasing detergent has a composition of the alkylene glycol alkyl ether of usually 50 to 90% by weight, preferably 60 to 90% by weight.
85% by weight, more preferably 70 to 85% by weight and 10 to 50% by weight of water, preferably 15 to 40% by weight, more preferably 15 to 30% by weight. When the content of water in the mixture is less than 10% by weight, the mixture has a flash point, together with the problem that the degreasing cleaning effect lasts longer, that is, the cleaning effect decreases when it is repeatedly used.
It must be handled as dangerous goods.

If the amount is larger, the degreasing and cleaning effect is significantly reduced. Further, when the water content in the mixture is in the above range, it is easy to float and separate without removing the degreased oil after the degreasing treatment, the mixture can be repeatedly used for a long time, and the whole amount of the mixture can be collected or periodically. Not only does it need to be replaced, but a water content of 15% by weight or more is preferable because the mixture does not catch fire and can be handled as a non-hazardous material.
