エツジ2は、除雪作業中において最も荷重のかか
る部材であるから、強固な取付状態にすることが
必要である。そこで、除雪作業中においてガタつ
いたり、跳ねたりしないように可動抑止片6及び
固定抑止片7でカツテイングエツジ2の上側をブ
レード3に向つて抑え、強固な取付状態にする。
ブレード3は、前面下部にカツテイングエツジ2
用の挟挿空間部(不図示)をあけて、固定抑止片
7を取付固定し、該固定抑止片をブレード自体の
長さ方向に可動抑止片6と交互配設し、ブレード
自体と可動抑止片6との間、及びブレード自体と
固定抑止片7との間(前記挟挿空間部)に挟挿せ
しめたカツテイングエツジ2の上側を両抑止片
6,7でブレード自体に向つて抑えることができ

たりするようなことを防止せしめ、強固な取付具
合にする。可動抑止片6は、取付部をブレード3
の下部及びブラケツト4の中心部に貫通せしめ、
ブレード3の裏面においてブラケツト4の側方部
位に装備した横向油圧機構8の先端部に中間継手
9及びエキセントリツクピン10で連継せしめ
る。この可動抑止片6と横向油圧機構8との連継
構成の詳細は、可動抑止片6の取付部に作動孔
6′を縦向に開穿し、その作動孔にエキセントリ
ツクピン10の長さ側中心部に形成した偏心径大
部10′を嵌挿してエキセントリツクピン10を
縦向に配設し、エキセントリツクピン10の上端
部に中間継手9の他端部をキーで固定し、その継
手の一端部に横向油圧機構8のピストン杆の先端
部を連結し、該油圧機構のピストン杆の伸縮運動
によつて、エキセントリツクピン10が回動して
偏心径大部10′がエキセン運動し、可動抑止片
6を自走車の前後方向へ往復せしめ、カツテイン
グエツジ2をブレード3に向つて抑止し、かつ逆
に解放せしめ得るように構成する。可動抑止片6
の作動は、油圧機構8のピストン杆を縮めること
によつて、中間継手9を介してエキセントリツク
ピン10が回り、そのピンの偏心径大部10′の
エキセン運動で可動抑止片6を前進せしめ、その
抑止片をカツテイングエツジ2から離し、そのエ
ツジを抑止状態から解放する。この解放状態でカ
ツテイングエツジ2をブレード3に着脱せしめ
る。また、作業に際しては、第6図示の如く油圧
機構8のピストン杆を伸ばすことによつて、中間
継手9を介してエキセントリツクピン10を回
し、そのピンの偏心径大部10′のエキセン運動
で可動抑止片6を後退せしめ、その爪部でカツテ

面下部と可動抑止片及び固定抑止片との間にカツ
テイングエツジの上側を挟んでなる除雪機械。1.
