There was a problem with 00 falling off. In addition, in order to facilitate insertion of the workpiece 100,
As shown in FIG. 6, the width W of each slit 101 is wider than the thickness T of the workpiece 100,
Therefore, if the workpieces 100 are tilted and supported within the slit 101, the intervals between the workpieces 100 will not be constant, which may cause problems in the processing performed. In addition, in the above device, the slit 1
Since the width and spacing of 01 cannot be changed, it has poor versatility.

In the figure, reference numerals 2 and 2 indicate a pair of movable rods, and guide holes 5 at both ends are provided with guide pins 4 provided on the frames 3, 3, through which guide pins 4, 4 are inserted.
5, and handles 6, 6 allow the movable rods 2, 2 to move toward and away from each other. Between the movable rods 2, 2, a plurality of coil springs 7 (four in the embodiment) are disposed on a guide portion 8, and both ends of the coil springs 7 are arranged in a circular shape. The movable rods 2, 2 are fitted externally and engaged with each other. Inside each coil spring 7... is the movable rod 2,

When the coil spring 7 is pulled outward from the contracted state as shown in Figure 2a, and the movable rods 2 and 2 are separated from each other, the coil spring 7 becomes as shown in Figure 2b. The coil spring 7 is stretched at regular intervals to stretch the work 9 in the shape of a strip.
can be inserted between the windings. After inserting the strip-shaped workpiece 9..., when the tensile state of the coil spring 7 is released, the movable rods 2, 2 approach each other due to the restoring force, and the strip-shaped workpiece 9... are sandwiched between the windings of the coil spring 7 by spring force while maintaining a constant interval as shown in FIG. In this case, the mutual spacing between the strip-shaped workpieces 9 shown in FIG. Even if the alignment device 1 is turned over, it is securely held by the spring force of the coil spring 7, so there is no fear of it falling. Therefore, even when performing various treatments above the strip-shaped workpiece 9, the alignment device 1 can be used upside down.

することができる。 FIG. 3 shows a side view of an alignment device according to another embodiment. In this embodiment, the alignment device 1 of the previous embodiment is inserted into a jig 21 for expanding the coil spring 7 of the alignment device 1. This jig 21
The base 23 is provided with guide posts 20 at four locations so that the movable rods 2, 2 of the alignment device 1 can be separated to a maximum extent. The tip portions 22 of the guide posts 20... are connected to the fixed rods 1 when the movable rods 2, 2 of the alignment device 1 are brought close to each other.
The upper portion is bent inward so as to be located between 0 and 0. When the alignment device 1 is inserted into such a jig 21 in a contracted state, the tip 22 of the guide post 20 is positioned inside the movable rod 2, and as the alignment device 1 descends, it becomes movable. The rods 2, 2 are gradually separated along the outer peripheral surface of the guide post 20, and the coil spring 7 is automatically expanded. When such jigs 21 are used in combination, it is not necessary to stretch the coil spring 7 by manually pulling the handle 6, which has the advantage of improving work efficiency. Further, for example, if a slit plate is attached to the jig 21, the work 9 can be held at a pitch proportional to the pitch of the slit.

It is preferable to arrange a plurality of three or more coil springs 7, since the workpiece 9 can be fixed more reliably. Further, by disposing a plurality of coil springs 7, the strip-shaped work 9 can be fixed even if the length spans at least two or more coil springs 7. Further, even if the workpiece 9 has a different thickness, it can be securely fixed between the windings of the coil spring 7.

It also becomes possible to perform various treatments on plate-shaped workpieces. Furthermore, the spacing between the strip-shaped workpieces can be freely adjusted by changing the number of turns of the coil spring, and even if the workpieces have different thicknesses, they can be reliably fixed, resulting in a highly versatile aligning device for strip-shaped workpieces.
