【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、電算機、電話交換機等のような重量
装置等が収容される室に設けられる二重床(一般
にはフリーアクセス床と称せらる)の構造に関す
る。

かしながら、この構造は耐震に欠ける欠点があつ
て、地震時に生じる装置類の搭載に起因した大き
な地震力に耐えられない場合があり、被害事例も
報告されている(参考:非構造材の耐震設計指
針・同解説および耐震設計施工要領、日本建築学
会、1985)。

位置の既設配線、配管類の移設が必要となるなど
の欠点がある。
