を設け、更に、前記何れか一方の可動枠に、両可
動枠の停止姿勢時に作動するブラスト設備,清掃
設備,塗装設備をもつ塗替えユニツトを搭載し、
また、何れか一方の可動枠に落下防止用の索条を
接続したものである。

柱1壁面の塗装作業を連続して行い、油圧シリン
ダ25が一杯に縮んだ状態で下方の可動枠23を
吸着脚24の外部制御作用によつて塔柱1の壁面
に固定したのち、上述の要領で上方の可動枠21
を上昇固定せしめ、上述の操作を繰り返し塔柱頂
部までの塗替えを行うものである。
