(Prior art) Horizontal fleece boxes are used as manufacturing equipment for board-forming fiber mats in which fiber mats of a predetermined thickness are laminated by mixing resin with fiber materials such as wood fibers and passing the mixture through fleece boxes. It is known that a fleece cylinder is located at the starting end of the cylinder. (For example, Tokuko Sho 40-3539
(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when the fiber material is fed into a horizontal fleece box by a fleece cylinder, the heavy and light fiber materials are separated and the fiber mat, which is laminated, is heavier than the light fiber material. This makes it difficult to obtain a high-quality molded board, and horizontal fleece boxes require a large installation area, and the basis weight of the fiber pine makes it difficult to obtain a high-quality molded board. Since it is determined only by the supply amount, there is a problem in that the basis weight varies.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing fiber mat for board molding, which does not have the above-mentioned problems, by passing mat material, which is a mixture of fiber material and resin, through a fleece box. The apparatus for manufacturing a fiber mat for board molding is characterized in that a fleece cylinder is located at the upper end of a vertical fleece box, in which the fiber mat is laminated into fiber mats of a predetermined thickness.

(Function) This type of manufacturing device for fiber mat for board molding feeds a fiber material mixed with resin into the upper end of a vertical fleece box, fleeces it with a fleece cylinder, and then deposits it vertically inside the vertical fleece box. The fiber mat is laminated while passing through the vertical fleece box.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a vertical fleece box, and a fleece cylinder 3 is provided in a cylinder accommodating part 2 formed at the upper end of the box, and a fleece cylinder 3 is provided in the cylinder accommodating part 2. The fleece is mixed in a fleece cylinder 3 and then sequentially poured into a vertical fleece box 1. Reference numeral 5 denotes a feeding device for feeding the mat material 11 into the receiving port 4, and the feeding device 5 includes a vertical reserve box 6 and a fleece feeder 7.
and a resin feeder 8. While passing through the fleece feeder 7, the resin feeder 8 supplies a fixed amount of resin such as phenol resin powder. Reference numeral 9 denotes a mesh conveyor that is partially attached to the inner surface of one side wall of the vertical fleece box 1, and the mesh conveyor 9 sequentially moves the mat material downward. One side wall with the conveyor 9 is provided with a large number of air vent holes, and air in the vertical fleece box 1 is vented using a blower 11 connected to a blower hood 10 connected thereto. It is becoming more and more popular. In addition, 12 in the figure
is a conveyor for transporting fiber mats with one end facing the lower end opening of the vertical fleece box 1.

With this structure, the fiber material sent from the reserve box 6 to the receiving port 4 of the vertical fleece box 1 via the fleece feeder 7 is in a state where the resin supplied in a fixed amount from the resin feeder 8 is sprinkled. The material is supplied as a mat material to the cylinder storage part 2 at the upper end of the vertical fleece box 1, mixed with fleece by the fleece cylinder 3, and sequentially dropped into the vertical fleece box 1 and deposited vertically. Air is removed by suction pressure applied inside the box. Once the mat material has been accumulated to a certain height in this manner, it passes through the vertical fleece box 1 and is sent out from the lower end opening by the conveyor 12 as a fiber mat layered with a predetermined width and thickness. . In addition, in order to prevent the mat material from overflowing or missing in the vertical fleece box 1, the phototube 13 detects the stacking amount and turns the fleece feeder 7 on and off to adjust the amount of mat material supplied. good.

(Effect of the invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention uses a fleece cylinder to supply the mat material from the upper end of the vertical fleece box, so even if the fiber material contains heavy and light materials. A fiber mat with equal density in each part is obtained without forming a separation layer, and since the basis weight is determined by the thickness t of the vertical fleece box, there is no variation in the width direction. In addition, since the vertical fleece box does not move around, it has the advantage of making effective use of the factory space, and has extremely practical value as it solves the problems of the conventional manufacturing equipment for fiber mat for board molding. .
