Description of the Related Art As a stripping agent for a wall coating film, a volatile organic solvent such as methylene chloride and acetone, and a wax for suppressing the volatility of the organic solvent are conventionally contained as constituent components. However, since the stripping agent contains a volatile organic solvent and a component for further enhancing the stripping action, there is a problem that a skin injury, a nerve injury, and other health problems for a coating stripping operator may occur. is there. In addition, since it contains wax as a constituent component, the wax remains on the ground surface, and the problem that the new coating film surface cannot be formed uniformly after the coating film is peeled off. There is a problem such as wall pollution due to the above.

Preferred are alkylammonium chloride, alkylbenzylammonium chloride, coconut diamine diazopinate and the like, and specifically, ethylammonium chloride, methylammonium chloride, isopropylammonium chloride, methylbenzylammonium chloride, ethylbenzylammonium chloride, isopropylbenzyl. Preferable examples are ammonium chloride and the like. When used, they can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The content ratio of the quaternary ammonium salt is preferably 2 to 50% by weight, more preferably 5 to 10% by weight, based on the entire coating film peeling agent. When the content of the quaternary ammonium salt is less than 2% by weight, the bactericidal property against contaminants, particularly microorganisms and the effect of penetrating into the coating layer cannot be obtained, and when it exceeds 50% by weight, the drying rate is delayed, and It is not preferable because it becomes expensive.

Examples of alcohols having a good affinity are listed below. Specifically, lower chain alcohols such as isopropyl alcohol, ethanol and isobutyl alcohol, and lower cyclic alcohols such as phenoxyethanol and phenyl cellosolve can be preferably mentioned. The above can be mixed and used, and it is particularly preferable to use a combination of a lower chain alcohol and a lower cyclic alcohol. At this time, the combination of the lower chain alcohol and the lower cyclic alcohol is preferably 10: 1 in weight ratio.
˜50: 1, particularly preferably 25: 1 to 50: 1.

If the content ratio of the coating solvent is out of the above range, the coating becomes difficult to soften, and if it exceeds 70% by weight, the harmfulness of the organic solvent appears, which is not preferable.

Examples of the water-generating agent include alkyd resin, silane resin, epoxy resin, and silicone resin, and commercially available trade name "Chemistop" (manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals Co., Ltd.) can also be used. The content ratio of the water-generating agent is preferably less than 30% by weight, particularly preferably 8 to 15% by weight, based on the entire coating film peeling agent. At this time, if the amount of water is 30% by weight or more, the water-repellent agent penetrates and remains on the surface of the body to be coated, which deteriorates the affinity for a new coating film and makes new coating difficult, which is not preferable.

It is possible to prevent contamination by microorganisms and the like. Further, since the coating film softened by the coating film release agent of the present invention is easily solidified, the coating film can be peeled and removed from the wall surface without requiring a great deal of labor, and further, the spots on the substrate, cracks, etc. By leaving the coating film peeling agent of the present invention on, a smooth and clean peeled surface can be obtained, and therefore uneven coating can be prevented even when a new painted surface is formed. still,
At this time, the coating film peeling agent of the present invention remaining on the peeled surface does not adversely affect the new coating film surface because the alcohols and the coating film solvent that dissolve the coating film have already evaporated.

Although it could be peeled off, the coating film peeling agent remained on the precursor side, and when a new EP paint was applied, some areas did not dry even 48 hours after the application, and it was necessary to peel again. Further, when it was applied to the wall surface of the dressing room, the coating film could be peeled off, but the shavings that fell on the floor were not cured and cleaning was difficult.
