2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, regarding ships for transporting oil and chemicals by sea, different types of oils may be alternately transported for ships carrying oils, and different types of chemicals may be alternately transported for ships carrying chemicals. It is always done. In that case, in order to prevent mixing of different types of oils or chemicals, it is obligatory to wash the tank for storing oils or chemicals in each vessel with seawater or fresh water. Therefore, in order to facilitate the work of collecting the wash water discharged into the tank, the ship is currently forced to incline laterally to perform the wash work.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the current lateral inclination method is to incline the hull a to the starboard side by θ degrees, and in order to laterally incline it, seawater is pumped into the ballast tank b via a pump. This is a method of pouring water, and θ is calculated by the following calculation formula. tan θ = ω × d / Δ × GM θ = the lateral inclination angle of the ship ω = the weight of the ballast water Δ = the displacement of the ship GM = the lateral metacenter-d = the central position of the ballast tank Therefore, in order to generate the lateral inclination, ω A large amount of ballast water is required, and at the same time, a long time for pumping ballast water is required. Furthermore, the drainage time of the ballast water as a work for restoring the ship to the upright state is the same as the water injection time, so the work time required for cleaning the inside of the tank c is the forced hearing time of the hull a and the hull a. This is a time that is added to the restoration time to the upright state, and there is a problem that the operating efficiency of the ship is significantly reduced. In the present invention, in order to solve the above problems, on the ship side that requires the inclination of the hull, the liquid storage container is submerged in seawater,
The purpose is to forcibly incline the hull by lifting it above the water surface.

The above object of the present invention can be achieved by the following method and apparatus. That is, the gist is that in a ship that transports oil and chemicals by sea, a liquid such as seawater or fresh water is stored by a crane provided on the side that collects the wash water that has cleaned the tank of the hull of the ship. A liquid storage container is movably suspended up and down, and when the liquid storage container stores liquid such as seawater or fresh water outside the boat, the liquid storage container is moved into or over water to generate a tilted moment, thereby generating a hull. And a crane installed on the wash water recovery side of the hull, and suspended from the crane and movable from underwater to above the water. Forced tilt generation of a ship, characterized by comprising a liquid storage container and a forced tilt generation control mechanism that moves the liquid storage container up and down to forcibly tilt the hull toward the wash water recovery side. It is the location. Further, the liquid storage container is made of a flexible material such as canvas or chemical fiber so as to be contractible.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the starboard D of the hull 1 is used.
The side is the side for collecting the wash water discharged into the tank, and the hull 1
Is E, the centerline of the hull 1 is B, the distance from the starboard side of the hull 1 to the centerline of the liquid container 3 is A, and the liquid weight in the liquid container 3 on the water surface G is WB. Is calculated by the mathematical formula of MA = (E / 2 + A) × WB. Therefore, the liquid weight WB in the case of setting the inclination moment for forcibly inclining the hull 1 can be obtained from the mathematical expression of WB = MA / (E / 2 + A).

Therefore, the forced inclination generation control mechanism 4 moves the liquid storage container 3 in which the liquid is suspended from the crane 2 from below the water surface to above the water surface to forcibly generate the inclination moment on the hull 1. It is a mechanism to make. To restore the hull 1 to the upright state, the tilted moment can be made zero by moving the liquid storage container 3 on the water surface from above the water surface to below the water surface. That is, the buoyancy generated in the liquid storage container 3 located under the water surface by the Archimedes principle becomes equal to the weight of the liquid in the liquid storage container 3 and does not occur as the tilted moment of the hull 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The method and apparatus for forcibly inclining a hull according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings showing the embodiments. As shown in FIG. 2, a crane 2 is erected on the starboard D on the wash water recovery side of the hull 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the crane 2 has a swingable mechanism so that the arm portion 5 can be freely moved from the hull 1 side to the outside of the boat. Then, the liquid storage container 3 is suspended at the tip of the suspending wire 6 suspended from the distal end of the arm portion 5. This liquid storage container 3
As shown in FIG. 4, it is made of a flexible material such as canvas or a chemical fiber into a bag shape, and a metal round frame 7 is attached to the upper part of the bag. The cord 8 to be connected is anchored to the hook 9 connected to the tip of the hanging wire-6. Further, a liquid removing plug portion 10 is provided at the bottom of the liquid storage container 3 to discharge the liquid and contract it as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. Further, 4 is a forced inclination generation control mechanism. The forced inclination generation control mechanism 4 calculates an inclination moment for forcibly inclining the hull 1 and moves the crane 2 to move the liquid storage container 3 from the water. The hull 1 is forcibly tilted by speedily moving up and down on the water. Although the case where the hull 1 is tilted to the starboard side has been described in the present embodiment, the port side of the hull 1 may be tilted, or both sides may be tilted alternately. In that case, the crane 2 is used. Are provided on the port side, or on both sides. Further, a mechanism in which a crane is erected in the center of the hull 1 and the left and right sides are used together is also conceivable.

As described above, the device of the present invention can be easily attached to an existing ship, and seawater or the like can be used to quickly generate an inclined moment by vertically moving a liquid container. The hull can be tilted at an arbitrary angle. Therefore, the wash water can be recovered from the tank in the ship in a short time, and the operation efficiency is improved.
