Description
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は農業用のトンネル、簡易温室(ハウ
ス)等の被覆用として用いられる農業用被覆材に
関する。
〔従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題〕
農業用のトンネル、簡易温室等の被覆材として
安価で透明性が良く保温性、強度等に優れること
から塩化ビニル系樹脂フイルム又はシートが広く
用いられているが、塩化ビニル樹脂は耐侯性に問
題があり、太陽光線によつて物性が劣化して透明
度が低下したり、強度が低下してハウス等のフレ
ームと接触した部分に穴があき易くなる等の欠点
がある。このため従来は耐侯性向上のために樹脂
に紫外線吸収剤を添加しているが、紫外線吸収剤
を添加すると紫外線の透過量が少なくなることに
起因してナス、苺等や花等の色付きが悪くなると
いう大きな問題があつた。
一方、ナスの色付きを良くするために350nmの
波長の紫外線の透過率を70%以上としたナス栽培
用フイルムも提案されている(特公昭60−28860
号)。しかしながら従来は紫外線透過率を向上さ
せるためには耐候性を犠性にしなければならず、
優れた紫外線透過性と、優れた耐候性とを同時に
備えた防霧性農業用被覆材の開発が望まれてい
た。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明は上記従来技術の欠点を解消し、紫外線
透過性に優れるとともに耐候性にも優れるとい
う、従来同時に満足し得なかつた課題を同時に満
足し得る防霧性農業用被覆材を開発すべく鋭意研
究した結果、塩化ビニル樹脂に対してハイドロタ
ルサイト類、高級アルコールリン酸エステル金属
塩及び特定の含フツ素化合物を特定量含有せしめ
ることにより紫外線の透過性を低下させることな
く耐候性を向上できることを見出し本発明を完成
するに到つた。
即ち本発明は、

本発明において上記(1)式で示されるハイドロタ
ルサイト類におけるAn-で示されるn価のアニオ
ンとしては、Cl-、Br-、I-、NO3 -、ClO4 -、
SO4 2-、CO3 2-、SiO3 2-、HPO4 2-、HBO3 2-、
PO4 3-、Fe(ON)6 3-、Fe(CN)4 4-、CH3COO-、
C6H4(OH)COO-、(COO)2 2-、

実施例1〜5、比較例1〜4
第1表に示す配合物をヘンシエルミキサーに仕
込み、10分間撹拌混合した後、溶融して175℃の
カレンダーロールにて厚さ0.1mmのフイルムに形
成した。各フイルムをパイプハウススの被覆材と
して使用し、茨城県海浜地区において昭和62年1
月10日〜同年12月20日までの間暴露試験を行な
い、耐候性の評価を行つた。各フイルムの防霧性
はトンネルハウスに展張して行つた。各フイルム
の紫外線透過率は分光光線透過率測定機を用いて
波長350nmの紫外線透過率(%)を測定した。結
果を第2表にあわせて示す。

エステル金属塩0.05〜1重量部及び特定の含フツ
素化合物0.01〜1重量部配合したことにより、防
霧性に優れるとともに被覆材に紫外線による変色
劣化が生じたり、破れ等が生じる虞れがないとと
もに、本発明被覆材は紫外線の透過性も良く、本
発明被覆材をハウス等の被覆用に用いればナス、
苺、花等の色付きが良好となる等の効果を有す
る。
