BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in addition to the above-mentioned instruments for igniting objects to be ignited, there have been known instruments such as matchsticks and lighters, as well as so-called gas burners, which are mainly presented as being resistant to wind. This gas burner, which mixes air and fuel gas to create a blue torch with a very long flame, is typically used for industrial purposes and is operated by a professional engineer. Therefore, although gas burners do have strong firepower and are not easily affected by wind, etc., the flames are extremely long and are too dangerous for ordinary people to use, making them unsuitable as igniters. There is.

Therefore, the present invention was devised by paying attention to the conventional situation, and includes a first combustion mechanism that forcibly mixes fuel gas with air and causes internal combustion to produce a bluish-white flame that is strong against wind. In addition, by adding a second combustion mechanism to the combustion state of the first combustion mechanism, it is possible to create a visible red-yellow flame, and the length of the flame is not longer than necessary, making it safe. The purpose of this invention is to provide a lighting device that retains its characteristics.

[Function] As configured as described above, the igniter according to the present invention is resistant to wind due to the first combustion mechanism, and can continuously obtain a flame that is not longer than necessary for complete combustion. The main combustion part of the flame obtained by the first combustion mechanism is carried out inside the combustion cylinder, and it burns completely, and in broad daylight it is pale and difficult to see. By supplementing with a visible flame, it will not be extinguished by the wind, making it easier to confirm and maintaining safety.

On the other hand, the second combustion mechanism 15 is connected to the branched flow path 1
A large-diameter pressure regulating pipe 34 is screwed onto the outer wall surface of the combustion tube 3b via an O-ring 34b that prevents fuel gas from leaking. A fuel gas nozzle pipe 13 that substantially matches the notch 29a formed around the opening.
d are connected. Further, inside the pressure regulating pipe 34, a wire mesh 31, a pressure regulating sponge 32, and a filter 33 are provided in order from the primary side as a fuel gas pressure regulating section at the tip of the flow path 13b, and approximately in the center of the filter 33 is a nozzle. In the above-described igniter according to the present embodiment, when the trigger 4 is pulled, the operator 8 is rotated, the on-off valve 9 is opened, and the high voltage generating mechanism 6 is activated. When the on-off valve 9 opens, the fuel gas in the fuel tank 2 is adjusted in advance by the adjustment lever 2a and is supplied to the flow path 13, and then passes through the branched flow paths 13a and 13b to the first combustion mechanism 14 and the second combustion mechanism 14. It is guided to the combustion mechanism 15. As mentioned above, in the first combustion mechanism 14,
Fuel gas with a narrowed diameter is ejected from the nozzle hole 18 of the nozzle plate 17 into the mixing passage 20 of the mixing pipe 19 through the filters 16a and 16b at a high flow rate, and the negative pressure generated around the fuel gas causes the intake hole to close. Air is sucked into the mixing pipe 19 from 21, and in the mixing passage 20, the fuel gas from the nozzle hole 18 and air are mixed in a state suitable for complete combustion. This mixed gas is mixed and ejected radially in the mixing path 20, and is ejected from the diffuser 2.
It enters the diffusion chamber 23 of No. 2, collides with the outer surface of the cone 25, bends, and is further decelerated, and the diffusion hole 26
It is sent into the combustion tube 29 in a diffused state. In the combustion tube 29, a part of the mixed gas flows into the combustion tube 29.
The entire mixed gas ejected by colliding with the inner wall of the fuel tank is further decelerated and diffused, making it possible to ignite and continue combustion. Further, in the second combustion mechanism 15, the pressure of the fuel gas from the branched flow path 13b is regulated by the interaction between the pressure regulating pipe 34 and the pressure regulating sponge 32 of the pressure regulating section, and the pressure is regulated by the interaction between the pressure regulating pipe 34 of the pressure regulating section and the pressure regulating sponge 32. The gas is sent to the nozzle pipe 13d while maintaining a balance in the amount of gas ejected, and continuous combustion is started at the tip opening of the nozzle pipe 13d using the flame in the first combustion mechanism 14 as ignition means. In the first combustion mechanism 14, the high voltage generated in the high voltage generation mechanism 6 by operating the trigger 4 is applied to the discharge electrode 3.
0 and the inner wall of the combustion tube 29 serving as the power receiving electrode, a discharge spark is created, and the mixed gas in the combustion tube 29 is ignited. The mixed gas in the combustion tube 29 is in a state of sufficient mixing with air for complete combustion, and the flow velocity is reduced to a level that allows continuous combustion, so complete continuous combustion with pale blue flame occurs in the combustion tube 29. The gas from the second combustion mechanism 15 that is ignited by the flame in the first combustion mechanism 14 is similar to that of a general lighter, and at the tip of the second combustion mechanism 15 an appropriate amount of gas that is not mixed with air is emitted. The flame color obtained from the entire igniter by ejecting the flame becomes a visible color close to the usual reddish-yellow color, and is supplied to the outside through the opening of the combustion mechanism holder 1a. In the figure, reference numerals 36, 36, . . . are through holes for air convection, which serve both to suck air into the intake hole 21 and to radiate heat from the combustion mechanism holder portion 1a.

As mentioned above, according to the igniter according to the present invention,
It has a first combustion mechanism and a second combustion mechanism, and the first combustion mechanism can perform complete combustion with the mixed gas sufficiently mixed with air in the combustion cylinder. The flame generated by the combustion mechanism can be created inside the combustion tube, so it will not be extinguished by wind or other factors. In addition, the flame produced by this first combustion mechanism becomes a bluish-white flame due to complete combustion, making it difficult to see in daylight, but the combustion produced by the second combustion mechanism adds visibility with a red-yellow flame. Unlike industrial burners, the flame is not unnecessarily long, safety is maintained, and the flame caused by this second combustion mechanism does not blow out the flame of the first combustion mechanism by wind, etc.
It has become a source of fire and continues to burn. That is, in the igniter according to the present invention, the flame will not be extinguished even in the presence of wind, and the flame will be visible, ensuring safety.
