Such non-breathable gloves are used in various types of work for the purpose of being waterproof and cold-proof, but because they are non-breathable, moisture such as sweat does not escape. Therefore, when inserting your hand, it is difficult to pass through, and it is sticky and very unpleasant. In addition, this moisture generates an unpleasant odor, which is very stubborn and cannot be removed even with a little washing. Note that many of these types of gloves have special linings or fleece to absorb this moisture, but these are not very effective against odors; Sweat, etc. that causes this clings to the lining and fleece, and does not come off even when washed.

Not suitable. In other words, if you try to put your hand through a non-breathable glove while wearing regular gloves, it's too bulky to pass through smoothly, and it's also not cheap to dispose of after only a few uses ( If you use it over and over again, it will generate an odor, and it is a hassle to wash it to avoid this.)

Taking this into consideration, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-83111 discloses that in addition to cutting a nonwoven fabric into a hand shape,
A glove is disclosed in which the periphery is heat-welded, but it is said that holes are formed at the base of the finger, which is subject to a lot of force, to release the force.
If you do this, moisture and cold air will get in from here, making it unsuitable for underwear.

In other words, this idea involves stacking two thin, breathable non-woven fabrics with a glove-shaped planar shape, heat welding their peripheries to form a glove, and dividing the welded areas at the base of the fingers and both ends of the sleeves into other layers. Disposable gloves for underwear that are considerably larger than the welded area of the parts.

By removing the above gloves, if you first put on these gloves and then pass your hands through non-breathable gloves such as rubber, these gloves will absorb most of the sweat generated, and the non-breathable gloves It doesn't move to. Therefore, not only is there no stickiness, but there is also no unpleasant odor.

is composed of a thin breathable nonwoven fabric 1. As the non-woven fabric 1, a polyester-based chemical material used for wrapping paper for Japanese sweets, wrapping paper for gifts, etc. is suitable because it can be thermally welded and has good strength. next,
The nonwoven fabric 1 is finished into a glove shape, and although there are various methods for doing this, in consideration of cost, two layers of the nonwoven fabric 1 are stacked and cut with a hot iron in a glove-shaped shape at the same time. A method of thermally welding the cut inner peripheral edge 2 (in some cases, cutting and welding are separate processes) would be optimal (first method).
(see figure). Note that when this method is adopted, the nonwoven fabric 1 must be made of a material that can be thermally welded as described above.
By the way, in this invention, when heat welding, the strength is strengthened by making the welding area of the finger base a and both sleeve ends b, which are subject to stress when used as gloves, larger than the other areas. (1st

Although this is a diagram corresponding to a cross section, the most common case is that each nonwoven fabric 1 is composed of a single piece (see FIG. 3). However, if this is a two-layered product with multiple layers (see Figure 4), or if it is a two-layered product with aluminum foil 4 sealed in between (see Figure 5).
A variety of other options are possible. If it is made of two pieces, its strength will increase, and if it is sealed with aluminum foil 4, this part will block the circulation of air and moisture, so the cold protection effect will be further enhanced.

It is easy to work while wearing gloves 3. Furthermore, when it is cold, by wearing this glove A and passing your hand through the non-breathable glove 3, the cold sensation can be alleviated.

Therefore, it can be used as a one-time disposable item (of course, it does not prevent repeated use as long as it does not break or develop an odor).
