As a support leg for a panel forming a double floor, the height of the receiving plate can be simply adjusted using a height adjustment bolt installed perpendicularly to the base of the support leg, as seen in Utility Model Application Publication No. 19038/1983. In the past, there was a structure in which four screw legs were provided at each of the four corners of the floorboard as independent adjustment means.

In the former case, such conventional height adjustment mechanisms allow the entire height to be adjusted at once, but if the base surface is sloped or uneven, the receiving plate will tilt, resulting in a step between each panel. In the latter case, contrary to the former, it is possible to make fine adjustments to eliminate the step, but when adjusting the height, it takes time and effort to adjust the screw legs of each corner. There was a drawback that each screw leg had to be finely adjusted after that.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned difficulties,
In the present invention, the corner parts of four panels 1 that are butted against each other at the corner parts are simultaneously supported by the receiving plate 2, and the main screw part 3 is used for vertical adjustment, and the four panels are connected to the receiving plate 2 on the panel side. In a height adjustment device for a double floor panel, which is provided with a fine adjustment screw mechanism 6 for individually vertically adjusting each corner portion of the abutting portion,
The receiving plate 2 is provided with a detachment prevention wall 19 by folding its outer peripheral edge upward, and a screw receiving part 27 is provided inside the receiving plate 2.
They developed a height adjustment device for a double floor panel. The adjustment screw 7 of the fine adjustment screw mechanism 6 is a round head screw having a curved contact surface on the lower receiving plate 2 side, and a cushioning material 20 is laid on the upper surface of the screw receiving part 27 of the receiving plate 2. Preferably, the adjustment screw 7 has a structure in which an unevenness or protrusion 28 is provided on the screw head surface, or a locking spring 26 is provided on the outer periphery of the adjustment screw 7. In either case, it is advisable to provide adjustment tool holes in the panel surface so that fine adjustments can be made after the double floor surface is installed.

With this structure, the base of the device is in close contact with the sloping floor surface, and even when the receiving plate is slanted,
The fine adjustment screw mechanism that comes into contact with the receiving plate makes it possible to finely adjust each corner of the abutting portion of the four panels independently, and serves to maintain the horizontal position, and the outer peripheral edge of the receiving plate 2 is folded upward. Dislodgement prevention wall 19 formed by
This can prevent the adjusting screw 7 from coming off from the receiving plate 2 when a strong impact due to an earthquake or the like is applied. Further, since the screw receiving portion 27 and the screw head surface are close to surface contact without uneven fitting, it is acceptable even if the adjustment screw is tilted due to the slope of the floor surface. If a curved contact surface is provided on the lower side of the adjusting screw 7 on the receiving plate 2 side, it will be easier to rotate it by applying a tool such as a screwdriver to the tool contacting part at the other end, and it will be possible to adjust the angle of contact with the receiving plate 2 at any angle. A similar contact state will occur. When the cushioning material 20 is laid on the upper surface of the receiving plate 2, it prevents the adjustment screw 7 from slipping and loosening, and also provides a sound-deadening effect. Furthermore, if the adjustment screw 7 has an unevenness or protrusion 28 on the screw head contact surface, a rotation prevention effect can be obtained. Further, when a locking spring 26 is provided around the outer periphery of the adjusting screw 7, a locking action can also be obtained.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a first embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention. As is clear from this example, in this device, the receiving plate 2 is screwed into the main screw part 3 provided perpendicularly to the base 5, and this is made up of four panels 1 that are butted against each other at the corners. Support each corner at the same time and adjust up and down. A screw mechanism 6 is provided for individually finely adjusting each corner of the abutting portion of the four panels with respect to the receiving plate. The screw mechanism in this example is an adjustment screw 7 whose head abuts against the receiving plate 2.
is screwed into an adjustment screw hole 8 provided at the corner of the bottom of the panel. The end surface of the adjustment screw 7 serves as a contact portion 9 for a tool such as a screwdriver. This tool abutting portion 9 has a shape suitable for adjusting tools such as +, -, and even hexagonal shapes. An adjustment tool hole 10 is provided on the top surface of the panel 1, and adjustments can be made by inserting a tool through this hole. Since the lower receiving plate 2 side of the adjusting screw 7 has a round head, it can be stably supported even on larger unevenness. A detachment prevention wall 19 provided on the outer periphery of the receiving plate 2 prevents the adjustment screw 7 of the panel from coming off the receiving plate due to earthquakes or other vibrations, and the height of the detachment prevention wall is usually 5 mm or more. It is better to do so. In addition, the receiving plate 2
When the cushioning material 20 is placed on the top surface, it prevents the adjusting screw 7 from slipping and loosening, and also has a sound-deadening effect. The screw mechanism 6 for finely adjusting the horizontal level of the panel is thus provided on the bottom surface of the panel 1 side. Other examples of how to provide it are shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. In the example shown in Figure 2, the adjustment screw hole 8 is cut directly into the panel.
and the adjustment screw 7 is screwed into it. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the panel is made of wood or concrete, and a lug nut 23 is fitted into the nut insertion hole 14 to form an adjustment screw hole 8, into which the adjustment screw 7 is screwed. The heads of these adjusting screws 7 are provided with irregularities and protrusions 28, thereby exerting a rotation-preventing effect. In Fig. 4, a stepped nut insertion hole 15 is provided and an adjustment screw 7 is inserted from the panel bottom seat 16.
This is an example of a recessed installation. In this case, it is suitable when the floor surface is relatively level, and it is only necessary to make fine adjustments where there is an inclination. In addition to the above embodiments, examples in which adjustment screws 7 of various shapes are attached to the bottom surface of the panel are shown in FIGS. 5 to 7.
What is shown in FIG. 5 is a structure in which the nut receiver 21 is pushed into the hole 22 on the back surface of the panel from below, and is fitted and fixed by the groove on the outer periphery below the claw and the hole 22 on the back surface of the panel. What can be seen in FIG. 6 is that the screw receiver 25 installed from below has a long adjustment allowance, and the head of the adjustment screw 7 screwed into it comes into contact with the back surface of the front panel 1 and receives force. It is of type. If the adjusting screw 7 is configured to be tightened by inserting the spring 26 as shown in FIG. 7, a rotation preventing effect can be obtained.
