本考案はデイスクカートリツジのシヤツタを偏
倚するシヤツタ用バネの構造に特徴があるデイス

（従来の技術）
従来デイスクカートリツジのシヤツタを偏倚す
るバネはシヤツタのストロークの割にはバネの収
納部が小さい為に２重コイルやレバーを組合わせ

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）
複数の部品を用いると構成が複雑になり２重コ

欠点があり又単にコイルバネを用いるとシヤツタ
が閉の時は閉じる力が不足し、シヤツタが開いた
時は力が強過ぎバネを変形してしまう欠点があつ

（問題点を解決するための手段）
本考案は上記欠点を解決するためにバネの一端
を遊端に成すものである。デイスクカートリツジ
のピツクアツプ用窓を開閉するためのシヤツタを
水平に移動するようにガイドするレールとシヤツ
タを閉状態に偏倚するバネとバネの一端はシヤツ
タに係止し、シヤツタが開又は閉の時バネの他端
はデイスクカートリツジに設けた遊び溝を移動す

カートリツジ１に光ピツクアツプ等のピツクアツ
プ用の窓２と窓２を開閉するシヤツタ３とシヤツ
タ３を水平に移動するようにガイドするレール４
とシヤツタ３に一端が連結され他端を遊端に成す
ためにバネ５の他端に折り曲げ部５１を設け、カ
ートリツジ１の内壁に設けた溝１１で折り曲げ部
５１をスライドし移動を案内するように成しバネ
５のコイル部５２はシヤツタ３が閉から開に移動
すると点線Ａで示す軌跡を通り他端折曲げ部５１
は溝１１をＢ方向に移動し開状態でバネにバネが
変形してしまう大きな力が加わるのを防止する構
成に成つている。従つて演奏装置に装着されシヤ
ツタ３が開かれてもバネに加わる力が大きくなる
とバネの他端５１が溝１１を移動して外力はバネ
を変形するには至らないし、閉時にバネの力を十

生するデイスクカートリツジに於いて、デイスク
カートリツジのピツクアツプ用窓を開閉するシヤ
ツタと、シヤツタを水平移動するようにガイドす
るレールと、一端が上記デイスクカートリツジの
内壁に設けた溝にスライド移動自在に係合し上記
シヤツタを閉状態に偏倚するバネを具備し上記シ
ヤツタが開かれたとき上記シヤツタよりバネに加
わる力により上記バネの遊端が上記溝をスライド
移動してバネに加わる力を弱めバネの破損を防止
するようにしたことを特徴とするデイスクカート
