[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to a protective bag for fruit tree gardening that has high cold protection, frost protection, and bird prevention effects for fruit trees, flowering trees, etc. This is the effect of preventing birds from picking on the fruit before it is harvested.

(Prior art) In recent fruit gardening, with the development of transportation networks and storage warehouses, ripe fruits with a strong sweetness (here, ripe fruits are those that are not harvested until the fruits are completely ripe on the tree). , which refers to fruits that are harvested when fully ripe), is attracting attention as a high value-added crop. However, unlike conventional fruit crops, cultivation of this fully ripened crop requires special attention to protection against cold and frost, as well as protection against birds.

Up until now, the methods for protecting ripe fruit crops from cold, frost, and birds have been to cover the entire tree with sheets such as woven or knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics, mushiro, films, etc. in the form of houses or shelves. The method used was to cover each fruit with a paper bag.

(Problems that the invention aims to solve) In the method of covering the entire tree, production costs increase due to the increased amount of covering sheet material used, and since the entire tree is covered, the light blocking effect is large, resulting in a lack of light. This had a negative impact on tree growth and resulted in a decline in tree vigor. On the other hand, with the individual covering method in which each fruit is covered with a paper bag, it takes time and effort to cover each fruit with a paper bag, which increases production costs.Furthermore, the bag material is often made of paper, which makes it less water resistant. Due to the lack of rain, bag work could not be carried out until the weather stabilized.

That is, the present invention consists of a synthetic fiber filament having a single yarn fineness of 1 to 5 deniers and a flat cross-sectional shape, and a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 10 to 100 g/ m2 , and the nonwoven fabric has a cylindrical or bag shape. The gist of the invention is a protective bag for fruit tree gardening which is made by joining the two.

As the synthetic fiber filament constituting the nonwoven fabric of the present invention, any type of fiber, such as any fiber made of a polymer such as polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, etc., can be used. Furthermore, the synthetic fiber filament is not limited to the above-mentioned polymer units, but may be a mixture of different types of polymers, or a composite fiber made of two or more different types of polymers. Alternatively, it may be a nonwoven fabric in which such synthetic fiber filaments are mixed with fibers of other polymers. In addition, as the nonwoven fabric constituting the protective bag of the present invention, a long fiber nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fiber filament is suitable from the viewpoint of performance such as strength and flexibility and productivity, and short fiber nonwoven fabric is not targeted. do not have.

As for the cross-sectional shape of the synthetic fiber filament constituting the nonwoven fabric, a flat irregular cross-section is used.
In the case of a filament having a flat cross-sectional shape, the larger the flatness ratio (the ratio of the length in the longitudinal direction to the length in the width direction of the fiber cross section), the higher the light transmittance becomes. This indicates that when the aspect ratio is large, the proportion of sunlight passing through the inside of the fiber increases, so even if the fabric weight is the same, the single yarn fineness is the same, and the same polymer is made, the cross section of the fiber is The light transmittance varies depending on the shape. Therefore, by applying a protective bag made of nonwoven fabric using filament with a flat cross-sectional shape to fruit trees that require sunlight after fruit set, it is effective against cold, frost, and birds. Not only that, but it is also possible to improve the coloring of the fruit even when the fruit is covered.

Furthermore, the single fiber fineness of the fiber filaments constituting the nonwoven fabric is preferably 1.0 d or more, particularly preferably 3 to 5 d. When the single fiber fineness is less than 1d, when comparing sheets with the same basis weight, the number of fiber filaments per unit area is more than three times that of a nonwoven fabric formed with 3d fiber filaments, and fiber reflection between the fiber filaments is Increases cold protection,
Although it is effective in preventing frost and birds, it reduces light transmittance, making it unsuitable for fruit trees that need to be colored by light. On the other hand, when the single yarn fineness exceeds 5d,
If the non-woven fabric has a hard texture and the protective bag is placed over a branch of a fruit tree, the protective bag will not have enough flexibility when inserted and will damage the branch, which is undesirable.

In addition, the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 10 to 100 g/ m2 ,
When it is less than 10/m 2 , the bag has excellent light transmittance and flexibility, but is low in strength, and is inferior in terms of bird-proofing effect and heat retention, especially in preventing birds from picking on the fruit. On the other hand, if it exceeds 100 g/ m2 , it is strong, cold-resistant, bird-proof, and has excellent light-blocking properties, but the light transmittance decreases and the present invention is not suitable for fruit crops that require coloring with light. The purpose cannot be achieved.

Next, the protective bag of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
Figures 1 and 2 show embodiments of a protective bag 1 to cover the branches of fruit trees, respectively, with Figure 1 showing a cylindrical protective bag and Figure 2 showing a bag-shaped protective bag. . The protective bag 1 is made up of a nonwoven fabric 2 and a joint portion 3 where the ends of the nonwoven fabric are joined. The joint portion 3 may be either one in which the end portions of the nonwoven fabric are bonded in a strip shape over the entire surface or discontinuously bonded in dots in order to form a bag or a cylinder shape. In short, any material that can be used in a bag or cylindrical shape may be used. FIG. 1 shows an example of band-like full-surface adhesion, and FIG. 2 shows an example of point-like adhesion. Moreover, FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which each branch of a fruit tree is covered with the protective bag of the present invention. The size of the protective bag may be determined by taking into account the size of the branch of the fruit tree to be covered and the size of the fruit when it matures.

(Function) The protective bag of the present invention is made of a nonwoven fabric with a fabric weight of 10 to 100 g/m 2 made of synthetic fiber filament having a single yarn fineness of 1 to 5 deniers and a flat cross-sectional shape, and the nonwoven fabric has a cylindrical shape. They were glued together in a shape or a bag shape. The above-mentioned protective bag having such a structure has a simple shape and can easily cover the fruit that has set on each branch in a mass, and there is no need to cover the fruit tree body, and it can cover each branch separately. Crop management can be done easily. For this reason, non-woven fabrics are strong enough to be effective not only against cold and frost, but also against birds that prevent birds from picking on the fruit. Moreover, the covering can be done on a branch-by-branch basis. This allows the trees to maintain their strength without being weakened by shading. In addition, compared to individual packaging using paper, labor can be reduced, and the nonwoven fabric is composed of synthetic fiber filaments with a flat cross-sectional shape, which can be used for fruits that require light rays during ripening to improve coloring. It is possible to provide sufficient translucency.

In this way, the protective bag of the present invention does not need to be removed until harvest once it is attached, and not only does it have cold protection, frost protection, and bird prevention effects, but it also simplifies the work process, increasing yields and increasing yields. It is a fruit gardening material that helps reduce production costs.

(Effect of the invention) A protective bag made of long-fiber nonwoven fabric processed into a cylinder or bag shape is a gardening material that can be used for each bag of fruit trees, and protects the fruit from the cold by protecting each branch. It is recognized to have remarkable effects on frost prevention and bird prevention. In addition, crop management for fully ripened fruits can be easily performed without weakening the strength of fruit trees that require sunlight during the ripening stage.
