本考案はハガキ等に容易に印刷を可能とする簡

(従来の技術)
従来、上面に印刷紙の載置台を構成した本体の
後辺部に版ホルダーを内面に備えたレバーを枢着
して当該レバーを伏臥させることにより版ホルダ
ーにセツトしたインク塗布済みの版を本体上面に
セツトした印刷紙に当接させて印刷をなすよう構
成された印刷器に於ては、レバーを本体上面から
引き離して起立させた場合にインクの吸着力によ
り印刷紙が版に付着してくるためその引き剥し作
業に手間取つて印刷作業が非能率になる弊があ
り、これを解決する手段が本出願人による先の実
用新案登録出願(昭和60年6月14日出願の印刷器
(1)及び同日出願の印刷器(2))により既に提示され
ている。これらの手段は版ホルダーの枠部にセパ
レーターを設置し当該セパレーターを枠部に沿つ
て移動させる等の操作によつて版に吸着した印刷

せて印刷をなすよう構成された印刷器に於て、レ
バーと本体との間に介在してレバーの伏臥により
押圧されてともに本体上面に伏臥してその枠状本
体を印刷紙の周縁部に当接し、又、レバーの起立
にともないレバーからの押圧力を解除されて弾性
復元力によりレバーの版ホルダーにセツトされた
版面から所要角度離開するストリツパープレート
を設けたことを特徴する印刷器を構成したもので

(実施例)
図示した本考案の実施例について説明すると、
まず本体1はその上面に凹部を形成してその凹部
の底面及びやや傾斜した周側壁面をリフレクター
2(反射鏡)とし又その底面中央部にフラツシユ
バルブ3を設置するとともに凹部の天部に透明板
4を覆設してランプハウス5を構成している。即
ち当該印刷器は製版も同時に可能であり、製版す
る場合は透明板3の上に感熱性の版と版下とを重
合して載置しフラツシユバルブ3を発光させてそ
の熱により孔版を製作することになる。この透明
板3は印刷時には印刷紙イの載置台となる。本体
上面の後辺部には一段低い段部が設けられその両
端位置には孔を有する軸受片6が立設されてい
る。一方レバー7は本体1に対する蓋体の如き形
状を呈し、その内面に弾性パツド8及び枠状の版
ホルダー9を備え、内面後辺部には本体1と同様
段部が設けられてその両端に孔を有する連結片1
0が立設されている。レバー7はこの連結片10
を本体1の軸受片6に重合して両者の孔に支軸1
1を嵌入させることにより本体1に対し回動自在
に枢着している。製版ずみの版12はインクを塗
布されてレバー7の版ホルダー9にセツトされレ
バー7を伏臥させて本体上面の透明板4の上に載
置した印刷紙イに版12を圧着させることにより
印刷を行うことになるが、このレバー7にセツト
された版12と本体上面との間に介在するように
ストリツパープレート13が装備されている。ス
トリツパープレート13は肉薄で中央部に印刷紙
の大きさよりやや小さい刳貫部14を有して枠状
を呈しその後縁部両端に設けた取付片15をレバ
ー7の連結片10部に固着することによりレバー
7にセツトした版12に対し所要角度離開した姿
勢でレバー7とともに回動する。レバー7を伏臥
させて版12を印刷紙イに当接する場合、ストリ
ツパープレート13はレバー7に押圧されて弾性
変形しながら印刷紙イ上に当接するが、ストリツ
パープレート13は枠状を呈し印刷紙イの周縁部
のみと重合するのでその刳貫部14を通して版1
2による印刷紙イへの印刷が可能である。尚、ス
トリツパープレート13と本体上面との間にはス
トリツパープレート13の先端側半分を切欠した
形状のガイドプレート16がストリツパープレー
ト13と所要角度離開した状態で本体に対し回動
自在にその後辺部両端の取付片17をレバー7の
連結片11に固着している。印刷紙イはこのガイ
ドプレート16の上面にその両側端部の後半部と
後辺端部を載置する状態で本体上面にセツトされ
ることになる。尚、第1図中18はフラツシユバ
ルブ3発光用のスイツチ、第2図中19は電池で

になるが、レバー7の起立と同時にストリツパー
プレート13は弾性復元力によつて版12とは所
要角度離開することになるので、ストリツパープ
レート13と周端部を当接させていた印刷紙イは
自動的に版12から引き剥がされることになる。
尚、実施例の如く印刷紙イの下面側にガイドプレ
ート16を設置することによりストリツパープレ
ート13によつて引き剥がされ落下する印刷紙イ
を第2図の矢印の如く本体1とレバー7の枢着部
の〓間20に導いて本体1の後方部に落下させる

た印刷器に於て、レバーと本体との間に介在して
レバーの伏臥により押圧されてともに本体上面に
伏臥してその枠状本体を印刷紙の周縁部に当接
し、又、レバーの起立にともないレバーからの押
圧力を解除されて弾性復元力によりレバーの版ホ
ルダーにセツトされた版面から所要角度離開する
