Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本願は、例えば自動車のダツシユボード等に接
着されるラジオ受信機或いはテーププレーヤ等の
車載音響用機器に関する。
従来の技術及びその問題点 従来、テーププレーヤ或いはこれとラジオ受信
機とを組合せて内蔵したケーシングの前面に、操
作ツマミや操作釦或いは表示機構などを配設する
と共に、左右側端部に開口部を設けた化粧板を装
着し、かつ、前記ケーシングの前方両側部に、前
記開口部を介してねじ回し等の操作部材により操
作される係着部材を取付け、さらに前記化粧板の
左右側端部に、前記開口部を目隠しする目隠し板
を着脱可能に装着して成る車載用音響機器は公知
である。
ところが上記した公知の車載用音響機器は、自
動車のダツシユボードの前面適所に開設された窓
孔にケーシングを嵌入するとともに、化粧板の左
右開口部より操作杆を挿入して係着部材を操作
し、これによつてダツシユボードの背面位置にケ
ーシングを係着したのち、化粧板に目隠板を取り
付けて開口部を目隠しした状態で車体に装着され
る。
ところで、上記した車載用音響機器は、比較的
高価であり、かつ自動車用の備品であることか
ら、化粧板の側部を破壊するか、或いは上記した
目隠板を取外し、適当な工具により係着部材を操
作してダツシユボードとの係着状態を解除するな
どの方法によつて、車載用音響機器が往々にして
盗難に遭遇する場合がある。
発明の目的、実施例及び作用 そこで本願は、車載用音響機器における化粧板
の側部を破壊するか或いは係着部材を操作する操
作杆挿入用の開口部を目隠している目隠板を取り
外した時に、警報発生器への通電がなされて警報
を発生するように構成し、上記した盗難の惧れを
解消したもので、以下図面とともに本願の実施例
を詳述する。
第１図は、車載用音響機器の斜視図を示し、１
はテーププレーヤ或いはこれとラジオ受信機とを
組合せて内蔵した扁平状の筐体から成るケーシン
グで、その前面に、合成樹脂などから成り、表面
に、操作ツマミや操作釦或いは表示機構などを配
設すると共に、左右側端部に開口部２，２を設け
た前記ケーシングの前面よりも稍大きい枠状の化
粧板３が装着してある。前記ケーシング１の左右
側面の前方位置には、前記開口部２，２から挿通
されるねじ回し等の操作部材により操作されて、
前記ケーシング１をダツシユボードの背面位置に
係着する係着部材４が取付けてある。この係着部
材４としては、例えば特願昭59−175054号で示さ
れるように、操作部材によつて回転されるねじ軸
と、このねじ軸を螺合し、ねじ軸の回転により前
進しながら側方に膨出してケーシング１とダツシ
ユボードとの間に喫入して係止し、かつ後退時に
その喫入状態が解除する構成のもの、或いは、ダ
ツシユボードの窓孔からケーシング１を嵌入した
とき、係止突片がケーシング１の側面方向に没入
し、次いでケーシング１が充分に嵌入したとき弾
性復元して、ケーシングの側面より突出してダツ
シユボードに係着し、かつ前記開口部２より挿入
されるピン状の操作部材により前記突片を押圧し
てケーシング１の側面方向に没入してケーシング
１の取出しを可能にする構成のものなどが存在す
る。５，５は前記化粧板３の左右端部位置に、前
記開口部２，２を塞ぐように着脱自在に装着され
る目隠板を示し、この目隠し板５，５は、化粧板
３のコーナ部と適合するように断面Ｌ字状の部片
から成り、その少なくとも一方と、前記ケーシン
グ１の一方の側面前方位置との間にスイツチ手段
６が装着されている。
第１，２図に示すスイツチ手段６は、ケーシン
グ１の側面前方位置に配設され、常態で導通する
１対の接片７を絶縁部片８に設けた上下２個の固
定接点９、９と、目隠し板５の内面に取付けら
れ、この目隠し板５を開口部２に嵌着したとき前
記２個の固定接点９，９の各接片７間に介入し
て、それらの導通状態を解く絶縁材から成るコ字
状の制御片１０とから構成した場合を示し、この
ように構成されたスイツチ手段６の前記２個の固
定接点９，９は、一端が前記ケーシング１を介し
てボデイアースされ、他端がブザー等の警報発生
器１１とコネクタ１２を介して接続する通電回路
に、直列に接続されている。前記警報発生器１１
は、ケーシング１の後端に嵌着可能な前面が開口
した枠体１３内に装着され、さらにこれがコネク
タ１２を介して車載用のバツテリー１４に接続さ
れて、第３図に示すような電気回路が形成され
る。
しかしてケーシング１をダツシユボードに装着
している状態においては、制御片１０が２個の固
定接点９，９の各接片内に介入して通電回路は遮
断状態におかれる。この状態では、バツテリー１
４より警報発生器１１への通電が行なわれないの
で、警報発生器１１は警報を発することはない。
この状態から音響機器をダツシユボードから取り
外すべく、化粧板３の側部を破壊するか或いは目
隠し板５を取り外すと、制御片１０が２個の固定
接点９，９から離脱して、通電回路が形成され、
バツテリー１４から警報発生器１１に通電がなさ
れ、警報発生器１１に電流が流れて該警報発生器
１１は鳴動する。
第４図は、スイツチ手段６を、ケーシング１の
側面前方位置に配置された常時ONのマイクロス
イツチ１５と、目隠し板５の内面に取付けられ、
目隠し板５を開口部２に嵌着したとき、前記マイ
クロスイツチ１５をOFFにする操作棒１６とか
ら構成した場合を示している。
発明の効果 以上の様に本願によれば、音響機器をダツシユ
ボードより取り外すべく、化粧板の側部を破壊す
るか或いは目隠し板を取り外したとき、警報音発
生器に通電がなされて、警報を発するように構成
したので、音響機器の盗難を未然に防止できると
いう利点を有する。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本願の実施例を示し、第１図は一部を分
解した総体斜視図、第２図は警報作動機構の構成
図、第３図は警報作動回路図、第４図はスイツチ
手段の他の実施例を示す警報作動機構の構成図で
ある。 図中１はケーシング、２は開口部、３は化粧
板、４は装着部材、５は目隠し板、６はスイツチ
手段、７は接片、９は固定接点、１０は制御片、
１１は警報発生器、１４はバツテリー、１５はマ
イクロスイツチ、１６は操作棒である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ ダツシユボード等に開設された窓孔に嵌入す
    るケーシングの前面に、左右端部に開口部を設け
    た化粧板をまたケーシングの両側部に、前記開口
    部を介して操作部材により操作されてダツシユボ
    ードに係着する係着部材を夫々取付けると共に、
    前記化粧板の左右端部に、前記開口部を目隠しす
    る目隠板を着脱可能に装着して成る車載用音響機
    器において、前記目隠板の取り外し時に作動する
    スイツチ手段と、このスイツチ手段の作動時に車
    載用バツテリーよりの通電により作動する警報発
    生器とから成る通電回路を備えたことを特徴とす
    る車載用音響機器。 ２ スイツチ手段が、ケーシングの側面に設けら
    れ常時接触状態にある１対の接片を有した固定接
    点と、目隠板に設けられ、これを化粧板に嵌着し
    たとき、前記固定接点の１対の接片を開く制御片
    とから成る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の車載用音
    響機器。 ３ スイツチ手段が、ケーシングの側面に設けた
    常時OFFのマイクロスイツチと、目隠板の内面
    に設けられ、目隠板を化粧板に嵌着したとき、前
    記マイクロスイツチをONに作動する操作棒とか
    ら成る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の車載用音響機
    器。
