材10は同心円状に位置する略円筒状の外筒11
と内筒12とを上端において平板部13で一体に
連結した構造を有し、外筒11と平板部13は内
筒12に比して肉厚に形成され、所望の強度を有
する。内筒12は上下に貫通し且下部を漸次縮径
させた形状を成す。外筒11と内筒12との間に
は、外筒11の内周面から内筒12に向かつて水
平に延び出す封塞板14が上下に間隔をおいて3
個形成される。封塞板14は内筒12との間に若
干の間〓を存して終端しており、最下段の封塞板
14cは他の2個の封塞板14a,14bよりも
若干長さが短い。外筒11の下端は外方へ向かつ
て若干反り返つたガイド用裾部15に形成され

密着する。又、60m/mの大径管である場合に
は、第4図に示すように最下段の封塞板14cが
屈曲して密着する。尚、この場合にも上部2つの
封塞板14a,14bをも屈曲させつつ連結部材

水管2への挿着に際し、ガイド用裾部15が下水
