【特許請求の範囲】 1 円筒形ローラーの外周に多数のブラシ毛を植
毛したローラーブラシにおいて、円筒形ローラー
の内径孔と外部とを多数の極小孔で連通し、該内
径孔に液体を供給することによりそれぞれのブラ
シ毛間からこの液体を滲み出させることを特徴と
するローラーブラシ。 2 円筒形ローラーの外周面に設けた多数の植毛
穴にそれぞれ多数のブラシ毛を植毛したローラー
ブラシの該植毛穴とローラーの内径孔とを極小孔
で連通する請求項1記載のローラーブラシ。 3 円筒形ローラーの外周に多数のブラシ毛を植
毛し、かつ該ローラーの内径孔と外部とを多数の
極小孔で連通し、この内径孔に水又は油を供給す
ることにより、それぞれのブラシ毛間からこの水
又は油を滲み出させるローラーブラシのこれらブ
ラシ毛先端部を、平板状に圧延した煎餅材料から
煎餅生地を型抜きする抜き型を外周に有する煎餅
生地型抜ロールの該抜き型上端部に接触させて該
ロールを回転させることによりローラーブラシを
回転させて、抜き型上端部に連続的に水又は油を
塗布することを特徴とする煎餅生地抜き型の離型
方法。 4 円筒形ローラーの外周面に設けた多数の植毛
穴にそれぞれ多数のブラシ毛を植毛し、該植毛穴
とローラーの内径孔とを極小孔で連通したローラ
ーブラシを用いる請求項3記載の煎餅生地抜き型
の離型方法。 5 平板状に圧延した煎餅材料の移送用ベルトの
途中にこの煎餅材料から煎餅生地を作る抜き型を
外周に有する煎餅生地型抜ロールを設け、さらに
円筒形ローラーの外周に多数のブラシ毛を植毛
し、このローラーの内径孔と外部とを極小孔で連
通し、該内径孔に水又は油を供給してそれぞれの
ブラシ毛間からこの水又は油を滲み出させるロー
ラーブラシを、上記煎餅生地型抜ロールの上方で
あつて、このローラーブラシのブラシ毛先端部が
煎餅生地型抜ロールの抜き型上端部に接触する位
置に設置し、該ロールを回転することによりロー
ラーブラシを回転させることを特徴とする煎餅生
地型抜用延機。 6 円筒形ローラーの外周面に設けた多数の植毛
穴にそれぞれ多数のブラシ毛を植毛し、該植毛穴
とローラーの内径孔とを極小孔で連通したローラ
ーブラシを用いる請求項5記載の煎餅生地型抜用
延機。 7 円筒形ローラーの外周に多数のブラシ毛を植
毛したローラーブラシにおいて、円筒形ローラー
の内径孔と外部とを多数の極小孔で連通し、さら
に該内径孔の軸方向に棒状体を緩挿し、この内径
孔に液体を供給することによりそれぞれのブラシ
毛間からこの液体を滲み出させることを特徴とす
るローラーブラシ。 8 円筒形ローラーの外周面に設けた多数の植毛
穴にそれぞれ多数のブラシ毛を植毛したローラー
ブラシの該植毛穴とローラーの内径孔とを極小孔
で連通する請求項7記載のローラーブラシ。 9 円筒形ローラーの外周に多数のブラシ毛を植
毛し、かつ該ローラーの内径孔と外部とを多数の
極小孔で連通し、さらに該内径孔の軸方向に棒状
体を緩挿し、この内径孔に水又は油を供給するこ
とにより、それぞれのブラシ毛間からこの水又は
油を滲み出させるローラーブラシのこれらブラシ
毛先端部を、平板状に圧延した煎餅材料から煎餅
生地を型抜きする抜き型を外周に有する煎餅生地
型抜ロールの該抜き型上端部に接触させて該ロー
ルを回転させることによりローラーブラシを回転
させて、抜き型上端部に連続的に水又は油を塗布
することを特徴とする煎餅生地抜き型の離型方
法。 10 円筒形ローラーの外周面に設けた多数の植
毛穴にそれぞれ多数のブラシ毛を植毛し、該植毛
穴とローラーの内径孔とを極小孔で連通し、さら
に該内径孔の軸方向に棒状体を緩挿したローラー
ブラシを用いる請求項9記載の煎餅生地抜き型の
離型方法。
