In recent years, facsimile machines have become widespread, and the automation of sending and receiving original documents is progressing more and more. When sending documents, for example, an optical mark reading sheet (hereinafter referred to as
Automation has been realized, such as reading an OMR sheet (referred to as an OMR sheet) in advance of the original, activating auto-dial, and automatically transmitting the original. However, it is not possible to automatically continuously send many types of originals, and there is a need for a facsimile device that can continuously send documents in order to improve efficiency.

FIG. 2a is a perspective view of the paper feeding mechanism, and FIG. 2b is a side view. In the figure, 1 is a roller, 2 to 4 are sensors for detecting the document paper type, 2 is for detecting A3 size,
3 is for OMR sheet detection, and 4 is for B4 size detection. Further, 6 and 31 are paper feed rollers, 12 is an electromagnetic clutch, 32 is a document presence detection sensor, and 7 is a sent stamp.

When transmission starts, the electromagnetic clutch 12 engages,
The paper feed roller 1 starts rotating, and the original 8 is fed. The original 8 is fed by paper feed rollers 31 and 6, scanned at point A, read as an image signal, and then passed through paper feed roller 6 and discharged.
During this time, the type of document paper is read by the sensors 2 to 4, and if the document is an OMR sheet, the image signal is read as transmission data.

When the feeding of one sheet is completed, the feeding roller 1 is stopped by the electromagnetic clutch 12, and after it is confirmed that the reading of the fed original 8 is completed, the next original 9 is fed.
The sensor 32 detects the completion of transmission of all transmitted documents, and a transmission completion process such as stamping a sent stamp on the last document is performed.

According to the conventional example described above, when the document presence detection sensor 32 detects that there is no unsent document in the document receiver 33, the document transmission completion process is performed. For this reason, there was a problem in that it was not possible to adopt a method in which multiple types of originals were set one on top of the other and sent consecutively.

The above-mentioned conventional problem is that the OMR sheet containing the transmission information is placed on the first page, and the facsimile machine scans and transmits the first and second multiple types of originals stacked one on top of the other while feeding the paper sequentially. a detecting means for detecting the leading edge of the document being fed to detect the document paper type; and a paper feeding means for feeding the next document when the trailing edge of the document is detected by the detecting means; and a transmitting means, the detecting means is arranged at a position where the next paper type can be detected before the reading of the previous document is completed, and the transmitting means is configured to detect whether the next document is in the OMR sheet by the detecting means. When something is detected, after the transmission of the original being read is completed, the transmission completion process of the first original is performed, and the next second original is successively transmitted based on the transmission information of the OMR sheet. This can be solved with a facsimile machine.

Therefore, if the next manuscript is an OMR sheet,
The transmitting means determines the document being read (before stamp 7 is affixed) as the first final document, completes the process of transmitting the first document, and then reads the contents of the OMR sheet and sends the second document. Continue sending processing.
