任意に妨げて回り止めする様にして直線伸縮性を
保証する改良考案が現出した。本出願前、吊元側
門柱へ伸縮扉体を回動自在に枢着した例へば第1
例である実開昭55−180885号公開実用新案公報所
載の考案では相対回転自在に嵌合させた内外二重
筒体のうち、一方の筒体を開口部の幅方向の一端
部に於て鉛直又は略々鉛直姿勢に固定すると共
に、他方の筒体の扉の一端を固定連結する事に依
り此の扉を二重筒体の筒軸芯周りで揺動開閉可能
に構成し、且、前記二重筒体に対して上方から落
し込み嵌合並びに抜き出し可能な筒部材に、前記
扉を開口部内に位置させた第1姿勢と、開口部に
対して90度又は略々90度揺動させた第2姿勢とに
於て位置固定可能な切欠を形成させてあり、亦、
例へば第2例である実公昭58−29279号実用新案
公報所載の考案には吊元側門柱と、多数のリンク
を互に反対方向に傾斜して配置し、之等リンクを
枢着軸に依り回動自在に枢着した伸縮機構の少く
とも両端に縦桟を有した構造を備えて形成される
伸縮扉体と、此の伸縮扉体に於ける一方の縦桟の
上下を吊元側門柱に取付支持するヒンジ機構と、
吊元側門柱及び前記一方の縦桟に、其のヒンジ機
構取付側から伸縮扉体の厚み方向に離れて設けら
れ係止部及び此の係止部が係脱可能な係止受部と
を備えて、之等の係合に依り伸縮扉体を間口開閉
位置に保持する回わり止め機構を具備した考案を
記載してある。

る伸縮門扉Aの斜桟で、竪桟6に対し回動可能に

させるか又は突合せて組み合せる。B1及びB2
は一方の門柱1又は門柱1に固着した吊元側支柱

ド長溝で、後記のストツパーCの摺動片19aを
摺動可能に装着し、且、装着後上部の蝶番B1の
上方へ装着したストツパーCについては夫れが簡
単に取出せない様門柱1又は吊元側支柱2の頂部
にキヤツプ20を固着しておく。尚、ガイド長溝
9には長溝の両側へ通しでリツプ19bを設けス
トツパーCの摺動片19aにはそれと係合する凹
溝を設けたのでストツパーCが溝から離脱する事
は無い。亦、蝶番B1及びB2双方の上部へスト
ツパーCを配備すれば回動規制装置の強度を高め
無理に開き出した場合の破損を防止出来る。11

形成する。14はT字の脚部に相当し細幅で蝶番
B1及びB2等の固定板11及び12の横幅に近
い幅を有する薄厚の差込板、15はT字の上辺に
相当し稍々厚みの厚い係止上板で、其の両側部は
固定板11及び12の上縁に乗り固定板の夫々の
厚みに等しいか又は夫れより少しく幅広の載置下
縁15aを形成する。16は係止上板15の一側
端部に蝶番B1又はB2の枢軸部13を軸に折畳
んだ固定板11及び12の略々平行する上縁に跨
つて乗る左右に夫々突出した垂下片、17a及び
17bは夫々上記載置下縁15aの幅に略々等し
く固定板11及び12の厚みより少しく幅広に左
右の垂下片16の下部内側及び差込板14の上部
の左右両側側面との間に形成した固定板11及び
12を平行状態に保持する係止部Hとしての凹
溝、18は垂下片16の下部に適宜形成したテー
パー面、19aは係止上板15の吊元側支柱等に

止部Hを形成したもので、此の場合、鉤片21の

の固定板12の開き出し回動を規制する。従つ
て、鉤片21の内側の係止上板15の下面の幅は
上記平行状態の固定板11及び12の上縁の外幅
より少しく大なる寸法である事を必要とし、且、
固定板12に対する固定竪枠4の固着位置は、鉤
片の作動位置を避けるか又は固定竪枠の一部に切
欠等の逃げを設ける配慮を要する。亦、第2図b
は第1図a及び第1図bに於ける差込板14を切
除したものである。尚、第2図aの場合を除きス
トツパーCの摺動片19aの厚みを厚くする事に
依つて固定板11側の垂下片16への力の負荷を
軽減出来る。

ずる事は従来の技術の項で言及したが、本考案に
於ては蝶番B2及び又はB1の固定板11の固定
位置の上部の門柱1又は吊元側支柱2に配備した
ガイド長溝9へ装着したストツパーCの差込板1

体の縦断面をT字状とする事もなく係止部Hは係
止上板15の下面の固定板12側へ設けた鉤片2
1を適宜固定板12の上縁へ係合させれば好い。
次に伸縮門扉Aを蝶番B1及びB2の枢軸部13
を中心軸として円筒方向へ回動して開出したり、
開出した状態から閉じて前記の仮想直線の位置又
はレール上へ戻す場合は、先づ人の手指に依つて
ストツパーCを持上げ固定板11及び12又は1
1との係合を離脱させた後少しく門扉を回動して
固定板12がストツパーCの係止部Hから離れた
処で手指から離せば、ストツパーCは自重に依つ
てガイド長溝9内を下方へ摺動して固定片11の
上縁に迄降下し其の位置で保持される事に成る。
而して再度の固定板12のストツパーCに依る拘
束が必要と成つた際には固定竪枠4側の垂下片1
6又は鉤片21の外側面下部をテーパー面18と
してある場合には門扉の閉鎖方向への回動に伴つ
て固定板12の上縁が此のテーパー面に当接して
ストツパーCを上方へ押上げる動作に依つて自仂
的にストツパーCを固定板11及び12の平行状
態の上縁に跨乗させ凹溝17a及び17b又は係
止上板15の下面と鉤片21の内側若しくは係止
上板15の下面と左右の垂下片16の内側に依つ
て固定板12の回動を係止状態の下で阻止する。
