実ならしめることができ、更にアーム6を用心位
置ロから非用心位置イに係合保持するには、当該
アーム6を非用心位置イまで回動するだけの極め
て容易な操作によつて簡単、かつ自動的に行うこ
とができて使用性に優れる等の効果がある。

1に沿う非用心状態で上記スライダーと係合する
切欠部16を上記アームの軸支部6a一側に設け
