Attach it to the surface of the pad 1, that is, the hook-and-loop fastener 2. Next, the surface fastener 12 of the disk paper 9 is pasted onto the surface fastener 5 of the pad 3. As mentioned above, disk paper 9 and pad 3
are molded to have the same diameter, and a sub pad 3 is required as a means for pasting the large diameter disk paper 9 to the small diameter pad 1.

Conventionally, the paper is replaced with a new one at this stage, but in the present invention, the disc paper 9 is replaced with a new one at this stage.
Then, the circumferential portion, that is, the first circumferential portion 15 is cut off from the perforation 13. Then, the second circumferential portion 16 is exposed, and then the pad 3 is replaced with a pad 4 having the same size as the second circumferential portion 16, and the disc paper 9 with the reduced diameter is attached to the hook-and-loop fastener of the pad 4. Paste it to 7 and continue the polishing work again.

This allows one piece to be used several times.

All are included in this invention. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the present invention can be similarly applied to a known dust-collecting sander in which holes are made in the pad and disk paper.
