[0003] When producing such adhesive sheets for display, a long support (
A liquid resin containing a coloring agent and the like dissolved in a solvent is applied onto the release-treated surface while moving the mold-release treated surface, and then the solvent is evaporated and dried to form a sheet-like surface material resin layer (surface material). ) is then wound around a core with the processing paper on the inside and the surface material on the outside to obtain a laminated sheet consisting of the surface material and the processing paper.

[0005] During the manufacturing process of the above-mentioned three-layer display adhesive sheet, in the line where release paper is pasted to the laminate sheet and the process paper is then peeled off, conventionally, one laminate sheet has been fed out, Or, when connecting the next laminated sheet for reasons such as switching to a different color or type, the line can be temporarily stopped, or the front and back laminated sheets can be manually connected by slowing down and using an accumulator and a special workbench. The surface materials and the process papers were butted together and connected via joint tapes.

B. At least two workers are required for connection work. C. Because the connection work is done manually in a short time, there are variations in connection strength, and peeling accidents are likely to occur due to sudden tension when restarting. Furthermore, when trying to butt the laminated sheets against each other and connect them with splicing tape, as shown in FIG. When removing s, it may be difficult to peel off. There were other problems.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the method of connecting a laminated sheet consisting of a surface material and a process paper according to the present invention is to form a stacked sheet into a roll with the surface material on the outside and the process paper on the inside. An extended part of the processing paper is formed at the start end of the unwinding of the rolled second original fabric, and an original fabric with the end part of the process paper splicing tape further extended in this extended part is prepared, and during the unwinding process, The end of the process paper at the end of the feeding of the first fabric is overlapped with the extending part of the process paper of the second fabric, and the process paper is connected to each other by a process paper splicing tape, and the second fabric is fed out, and then the surface to be fed The gist is to connect the end and the starting end of the laminated sheet by pressing the splicing tape to the end of the facing material of the first original fabric and the starting edge of the facing material of the second original fabric, which are in a nearly butted state. It is something to do.

[0010] The length of the extending part of the process paper formed at the starting end of the second web is usually about 50 mm to 150 mm, and the length of the process paper splicing tape that extends further from the extending part of the process paper. It is preferable to set it to the same level as this. For this reason, the length of the process paper splicing tape is set to 100 mm to 300 mm, and while the second raw material is waiting, for example, an operator manually connects the process paper so that about half of the tape extends from the leading edge of the process paper. A second original fabric is prepared by pasting it on the back side. The surface material joining tape is also approximately the same length as the process paper joining tape, and is supported on the surface of the pressure welding means. As a means for supporting, glue, double-sided tape, etc. may be used, or a suction roll having a structure that vacuums the inside and absorbs the material may be used. The above-mentioned process paper splicing tape and surface material splicing tape need to be thin and strong, and adhesive tapes based on paper, stretched plastic film, etc. are suitable.

[0011] The end of the process paper at the end of the unwinding of the first fabric is overlapped with the extending part of the process paper of the second fabric, and the process papers are connected to each other by a process paper splicing tape, and the second fabric is fed out, and then fed. In order to press the facing material splicing tape to the end of the facing material of the first original fabric and the start end of the facing material of the second original fabric, which are almost butted, a cutting operation is performed in which the cutter cuts the first original fabric. Using a control relay that incorporates detection means such as a timer or counter linked to signals and a sequence circuit or computer, accurate data such as the linear speed of the line and the distance from the cutter to the pressure welding means such as pressure rolls are input. To do something. Note that the cutting by this cutter forms the feeding end of the first web. The cutting operation of the cutter is performed by detecting the unrolled length of the same material with a counter, by detecting the remaining length of the material with a proximity switch, or by manually pressing a push button to send a cutting signal. Do this by starting.

[Function] The method of connecting laminated sheets consisting of a surface material and processing paper of the present invention is to form an extension of the processing paper at the start end of the second web, and then attach a processing paper splicing tape to the tip of the extension. is extended, and when the end of the first web being fed out from the feeding machine passes the starting end of the second web, the processing paper at the end of the first web is passed through the process of the second web. The extending portion of the paper is overlapped and connected with process paper splicing tape, and then the facing material splicing tape is pressed against the ends of both facing materials that are almost abutted, of both raw sheets that are connected to each other. It connects the facing materials of the original fabric, and this separates the positions of the process paper splicing tape and the facing material splicing tape, and the splicing tape is peeled off when the laminated sheet is fed out, especially when changing direction with the roll. It is possible to avoid applying a tensile bending action that causes the joints on both the processing paper side and the surface material side at the same time. Further, even if the connection position is slightly shifted, since at least one sheet of process paper is interposed between the process paper splicing tape and the surface material splicing tape, both splicing tapes will not stick to each other.

[0016] During the above steps, the method of connecting the first raw fabric 1 and the second raw fabric 2 of the laminated sheet is related to the present invention,
The details are as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 1B, while the second raw fabric 2 is waiting on the shaft 32, 100 mm of the tip of the surface material 22 is cut off and extended to the tip of the process paper 21. A protruding part 211 is formed, and a process paper splicing tape 4 of kraft tape having a length of 200 mm is adhered to the back surface of the tip of the extending part 211 so that the adhesive surface from half of it extends. The first raw fabric 1 is fed out from the shaft 31 of the feeding machine 3, and when the fed-out length reaches a predetermined value,
A counter (not shown) detects this, and the cutter 5 operates to cut the first web 1. The first web 1 is wound up by the winder 6 and moves forward, and when the end of the feed cut by the cutter 5 reaches the X section and passes the start end of the second web 2, The end of the process paper 11 of the first fabric 1 is pressed against the extending part 211 of the process paper 21 of the second fabric 2 by a signal from a timer activated in conjunction with the cutting operation signal of the cutter 5. The roll 7a operates, and the extending portion 211

Claim 1. A method for connecting laminated sheets consisting of a surface material and processing paper, in which a second raw material is wound into a roll with the surface material on the outside and the processing paper on the inside. , and the process paper splicing tape further extends the end to this extension part. Prepare a raw fabric in which the end of the process paper splicing tape is further extended to this extension part, and connect the end of the process paper at the end of the first raw fabric that is being fed out to the second raw fabric. The surface of the first raw fabric is overlapped with the extending part of the process paper to connect the process papers together with the process paper splicing tape, and the second raw fabric is fed out, and the surface material splicing tape that is then supplied is brought into a state of almost abutment. A method for connecting laminated sheets, which comprises connecting an end of the laminated sheet and a starting end by pressing the end of the material against the starting end of a surface material of a second raw fabric.
