[Conventional technology] Printing of long fabrics that are industrially processed and produced involves a printing process in which dye is attached (printing) to a pre-treated fabric, and a glue adhering to the surface of the printed fabric is removed. The desizing process is divided into a desizing and cleaning process, and a dyeing process that fixes the dye on the surface of the desizing fabric to the fabric, and the present invention relates to a desizing device installed in the desizing process. In other words, this type of desizing washing apparatus which is conventionally known has a large number of desizing tanks disposed in the direction of transport of the fabric, and a large number of guide rolls disposed within these desizing tanks.
Desizing is performed by repeatedly applying (contacting) a cleaning liquid (water) to the fabric transported by these guide rolls.

[The invention attempts to solve I! ! ! I] However, with conventional desizing cleaning equipment, the cleaning effect is low, so the same cleaning equipment is used to repeatedly clean the product several times. There was a problem in that white areas were contaminated due to dye migration during the retention period. In addition, in conventional cleaning equipment, the fabric to be cleaned is simply passed through a cleaning liquid tank and expected to be cleaned, so it takes a long time to complete the desizing process. Accordingly, the overall length of the cleaning device becomes long, which naturally results in a large-scale facility, and there are problems in that the cost of the facility also increases. In addition, the printed fabric may be silk or cotton knit, but due to the characteristics of silk, if the fabric is silk or cotton knit, it may be necessary to apply strong tension during transportation or to prevent the glue from falling off. There are restrictions such as not being able to apply a strong impact force to the cleaning liquid, and also not being able to raise the temperature of the hot cleaning liquid to, for example, 50°C or higher. In the case of cotton knits, it is necessary to increase the cleaning effect, and for this purpose, the hot liquid temperature is required to be close to 100℃, for example. Because of this, there was a problem in that separate desizing and cleaning equipment had to be installed for processing silk fabrics and cotton fabrics.

The above is the configuration of this embodiment. Next, to describe its operation, the fabric 1 to be cleaned to which the printing paste is attached is transferred, and is first immersed in the water-containing tank 24, so that the fabric is washed. The entire surface of the fabric is wetted.Then, the fabric is guided by a perforated drum 21 and transferred, and then transferred to the next process via a guide roll 23 on the delivery side. In the section, fresh water is transferred against the flow of fresh water flowing down from the shower box 26K. That is, the shower box 26. Since the fresh water flowing down is sent into the narrow gap fi (a), it becomes a high water pressure flow, and furthermore, an effective cleaning power acts on the fabric that is transferred against the water flow. Moreover, the amount of water passing through the fabric to the inner core of the fabric increases due to the action of the perforated drum 21 as the fabric is transferred while being subjected to this hydraulic flow, thereby further increasing the cleaning efficiency of the fabric and effectively preventing the size agent from falling off. becomes. The fabric that has passed through the top of the perforated drum 21 can be expected to be completely washed as it receives the flow of reuse water sent into the gap (8) on the right side. The fabric thus washed in the washing tank 2 for preventing staining of the white area is introduced into the next prewash tank 3 without dye migration and the concomitant staining of the white area.

The fabric 1 supplied to the pre-washing tank 3 is guided and transferred by a plurality of perforated drums 32 arranged in the washing liquid tank 31, and the washing water overflowing from the shower box 36 is transferred by the perforated drums 32. It is applied toward the guided fabric 1. As mentioned above, the washing water overflowing from the shower box is a film-like flowing water (shower water) 315 having a flow width along the width direction of the fabric to be transferred. This means that uniform washing water is applied without interruption, and as a result, uniform washing water flows down over the entire surface of the fabric, and as a result, good washing without uneven washing can be expected. Further, the amount of washing water that flows down from the shower box 36 and is applied to the fabric 1 is facilitated by the perforated drum 32 that guides the fabric having a large number of through holes 33. In other words, the permeability of the cleaning liquid to the inner core of the fabric is improved, and as a result, the fabric can be cleaned effectively while saving water resources. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the washing water applied to the fabric is applied by gravity, and compared to the conventional application means which applies strong jet pressure water sprayed from a nozzle, for example, the washing water is applied to the silk fabric. It also has the advantage that it is difficult for fabrics such as knitted fabrics to become smudged or blurred, and it is possible to obtain a well-washed fabric that does not impair its quality.

The pre-washed fabric is transferred by a pair of upper and lower net conveyors 42 in a state of no-tension, while sufficient swelling progresses, and the fabric is supplied to the next washing tank 5 for cleaning such as discharge printing. In this case, the neutralizing agent cleaning in the cleaning tank 5 receives the same cleaning action as in the pre-washing tank 3 described above, and the acid imparted to the fabric is neutralized. Thereafter, after finishing washing is performed in the washing tank 6 by the same washing action, if the fabric 1 is silk, for example, it is washed with washing water at about 30°C, and if it is cotton, it is washed with washing water at about 60°C. , a series of cleaning processes is completed.

In addition, the above cleaning equipment uses rubber curved expander 8.
Expander devices 10 having a scroll expander 9 and a rubber curved expander are disposed at various locations, and when processing silk fabric, the rubber curved expander protrudes into the fabric transport path and guides the spread of the silk fabric, and when processing knitted fabric, the scroll expander extends the fabric. Since it protrudes into the transfer path to spread the knitted fabric and guide it to prevent selvage, this continuous fabric processing apparatus can be used for both silk fabric and knitted fabric processing.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides a perforated drum that continuously guides and transports the fabric to be washed in the transport direction of the fabric;
and a cleaning tank 2 for preventing contamination of white areas, which has a laminar flow plate placed opposite to the fabric in contact with the perforated drum with a gap therebetween, and a shower box that sends cleaning water toward the gap; A rotating drum with a large number of perforations, and a washing liquid flow tank that forms a film-like flowing water that naturally flows down toward the fabric that is guided and transferred by the rotating drum and that continues over the entire length of the fabric in the width direction. a pre-washing tank 3, a swelling washing tank 4, a washing tank 5, and a finishing washing tank 6, each having a pair of upper and lower endless conveyors in the wet heat reaction chamber, which sequentially transport the shaken-down fabric by sandwiching it in a no-tension container-like frame. and a low-temperature washing tank 7 in this order, and furthermore, a rubber curved expander and a scroll expander are arranged parallel to each other at appropriate positions on the fabric transfer path, and the positions of the rubber curved expander and the scroll expander are made to appear and disappear from the fabric transfer path. Since this is a cloth cleaning device equipped with an expander device having a driving means, especially in the white spot pollution prevention cleaning tank 2, the cleaning water flowing down from the shower box is washed between the laminar flow plate, the fabric, and the perforations. A high water pressure flow is created by feeding into the narrow gap created between the drum and the fabric to be cleaned.As a result, the fabric to be cleaned receives this high water pressure flow, which effectively whitens not only the surface of the fabric but also the inner core of the fabric. In addition, since the cleaning liquid applied to the fabric in the pre-washing tank 3 is a free-flowing liquid, no unreasonable external force is applied to the fabric, which prevents contamination, etc. Problems can be resolved. Furthermore, since the flowing liquid acting on the fabric forms a film and is applied to the entire width of the fabric, uniform cleaning can be expected over the entire width of the fabric. Furthermore, since the drum that guides the fabric has liquid permeability,
The permeability of the cleaning liquid to the inner core of the fabric is promoted, and since the swelling washing tank of the fabric by transfer of the notensicon is effective in the case of the washing tank with the expansion of the fabric, the mutual effect of each of these washing tanks is effective. As a result, fabrics can be desized and washed in a much shorter time than conventional washing devices, and a washing device with excellent economy and productivity can be provided.

In addition, since the expander device is placed at an appropriate location on the fabric transfer path, the expander device allows the cleaning device to be used in both silk fabric processing and knitted fabric processing, reducing equipment costs, thermal energy, water resources, etc. It is possible to achieve economical processing by saving on the amount of water, and it is also possible to spread the cloth and transport it, which is suitable for silk cloth and knitted cloth.
