Claims (1)
- ブレーキ付きロツドレスシリンダにより一方向
の所定位置に駆動及び停止される移動台を、第１
の倣いレールに案内されて前記方向と直角をなす
方向にも従動するように設置し、該移動台に摺動
台を摺動可能に設置し、該摺動台を第２の倣いレ
ールで移動台の前記駆動及び従動方向と直角をな
す方向に案内することを特徴とする三次元方向倣
い装置。
