【発明の作用】

蓋体7の中央上面には電動モータ15が取付けられ、そ

持軸部29が第1および第2の軸部材17・19の軸線
と一致する上下方向へ延び、かつ透孔27と一致する位
置に形成されている。そしてこの支持軸部29には回り
止め部材の一部を構成する円筒形状のスライド軸31が
軸線方向へ移動可能でかつ抜は止めされた状態に取り付
けられている。すなわち、支持軸部29の下端部にはス
トッパー29aが取付けられるとともにスライド軸31
の上部には係合部31aか、ストッパー29aと係合す
るように形成されている。また、固定部材23の透孔2
7にはスライド軸31が軸線方向へ移動可能でかつ抜は
止めされた状態で支持されている。すなわち、スライド
軸31の外周上部および下部には係合段部31b・31
cが形成され、夫々の係合段部31b・31cと固定部
材23との係合によりこの固定部材23がスライド軸3
1から抜は止めされている。
第2の軸部材19の下端部には所定の間隔をおいて対向
する上下一対の回動部材33a・33bが取付けられて
いる。すなわち、上方の回動部材33aは固定部材23
に対して摺動可能に支持されるとともに下方に位置する
回動部材33bは第2の軸部材コ9に対して固定的に取
り付けられている。そしてこれら回動部材33a・33
bは固定ねじ32により一体化されている。また、回動
部材33a ・33bには軸支孔35a・35bが第2
の軸部材コ−9の中心から偏心した位置に形成され、こ
れら軸支孔35a・35bには回転軸37か回転可能に
支持されている。回動部材33a・33b間に位置する
回転軸37には駆動歯車39が固定歯車25と噛み合う
ように取り付けられている。また、回転軸37の下端部
には下面に多数の突起41aを有した取付は盤41が固
定されている。
なお、蓋体7の下部外周には係合部7aが、回動部材5
の一部外周に設けられた被係合部5aと係合するように
形成されている。
次に上記のように構成されたおろし装置1の作用を第2
図、おろし作業状態を示す第4図および第5図に従って
説明する。
先ず、すりおろそうとする調理材料43(第2図は一点
鎖線で、また第4図および第5図は実線で示す)を、例
えば上方に位置した取付は盤41と回動部材5との間隔
に応じた所定の高さにて切断した後、この調理材料43
の上端面を取付は盤41の突起41aに食い込ませて取
付けられる。
そして取付は盤41に調理材料43が取付けられた蓋体
7は回動部材5が取付けられたボール容器3に対し、そ
の被係合部5aと係合部7aとが係合するように取り付
けられる。このとき、取付は盤41に取付けられた調理

低くなったとき、回転軸65は駆動部71の自重により
軸線下方へ移動し、回動部材5に対する調理材料43の
圧接状態を維持するとともにガイド軸73は回転軸65
の移動に追従して軸線下方弊動される。これにより固定
部材23の回り止め状態を維持することができ、取付は
部材41は回転軸65を中心とする公転運動および自転
運動が維持される。
本実施例1は、回り止め部材を支持軸部29に対して軸
線方向へ移動可能に支持されたスライド軸29の外周に
固定部材23の一端を軸線方向へ摺動可能に支持し、お

維持しながら上下方向に対する移動を許容するものとし
たが、回り止め部材としては、第8図に示すように、蓋
