Recycling of used copy paper is attracting attention as part of global environmental issues. However, since the main reuse technology currently being tested is a method of making recycled paper by mixing waste paper and used copy paper, the premise is to build a system to collect used paper in a recyclable form. In addition, general corporate entities have not been able to break away from the method of disposing of used paper containing internal confidential information and incinerating it because it is extremely difficult to transport the paper to prevent it from leaking outside.

(Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 133458/1983)
is proposed. This method targets both wet and dry used paper, but due to the white paint and chemicals applied to the surface to erase characters and figures, the surface smoothness is insufficient, resulting in poor copy quality when reused. There are also problems in that the recycling of wet-copied paper requires a chemical method, which makes the equipment complicated.

The paper is discharged onto the paper discharge tray 35. In addition, when performing two-color printing, the switch 26 provided at the left end of the left conveyance path 21
The recording paper is guided to the downward conveyance path 22 by the turning section 2.
After being reversed twice at 2a and 22b, it is guided again under the photoreceptor 6 through the right conveyance path 23 and the upward conveyance path 24, and is developed in a different color based on the electrostatic latent image obtained through different optical filters. After the toner image is transferred using the agent, it is guided onto the paper discharge tray 35 via the fixing roller 25.

It is guided to the upward conveyance path 24 and moves upward, and then guided to the diagonal conveyance path 51 by the switch 56 . The used paper first has a toner image cut off by a plurality of pre-processing rolls 52, then its surface is polished by a grinding wheel 42, the surface is cut again by a post-processing roll 53, and then it is transferred to a reversing conveyance path 51b. After being guided to the turn part 22b provided in the middle of the descending conveyance path 22, it turns back and moves from the downward conveyance path 22 to the right conveyance path 23, and in the process of passing under the coating nozzle 46, the surface is coated. The material is applied and then dried with hot air while passing under a hot air dryer 47, and then the surface is smoothed by a tempering roll 54 and recycled.

It passes through the switch 56 and moves to the left conveyance path 21,
It is made to face the photoreceptor 6. The surface of the photoreceptor 6 opposite to the surface coated with the coating material faces, and the toner image is transferred to this surface. If the paper is not to be reused immediately after the recycling process, it is guided from the right end of the right transport path 23 to a recycled paper tray (not shown) by a switch (not shown) and stocked. In the above embodiment, one copying method has been described, but it is possible to combine other methods that can obtain toner images with a reproducing section having the above-mentioned functions.

、本発明は優れた効果を奏するものである。[Effects of the Invention] As described above, since the apparatus of the present invention includes a used paper recycling section in the main body of the copying apparatus, it is possible to quickly recycle used paper on the spot and reuse it immediately. , it is possible to use unused paper and recycled paper properly as necessary, and it is possible to efficiently recycle used paper. In addition, since the used paper recycling section is equipped with a polishing processing means and a coating processing means, it is possible to cut and polish and remove all the toner images on the surface of the used paper, and the surface is coated with a coating material. This prevents the paper from becoming thinner and eliminates transport problems during copying.
In addition, inconveniences such as darkening of the paper due to thinning are eliminated.
The present invention has excellent effects such as being able to be reused without any trouble and producing high-quality copied images.
