Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 機体のハウジング側に固定された固定環と、
この固定環に摺接する回転環と、この回転環の背
面側に当接させて設けたゴムベローズと、このゴ
ムベローズを前記回転軸の軸周に固定するドライ
ブリングと、このドライブリングと前記回転環と
の間に設けられかつその両端に突出形成した係止
片部を係合させて前記回転軸の回転を前記回転環
に伝達する廻り止め機能を有するケースと、この
ケースを介して前記回転環を固定環側に向け弾性
的に押圧付勢するコイルスプリングと、このコイ
ルスプリングをバツクアツプするスプリング抑え
リングとを具備し、このスプリング抑えリングの
内周面に前記コイルスプリングの外周に当接可能
な突条部を円周方向に複数個突設したことを特徴
とするメカニカルシール。 ２ スプリング抑えリングの内周面に突設される
突条部は、軸方向に沿つて少なくともコイルスプ
リングの１ピツチ分に相当する長さだけ形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載のメカニカルシー
ル。
