かを検知する装置が施されたものが多い。ところ
で、練り容器は高温になるため直接スイツチ等を
使用することができず、レバーを介してスイツチ
を動作させるようにしている。このようなレバー
の支持方法として、一端を固定して同方向に作用
点とスイツチ動作点のある片持ち式あるいは作用

4内に収容装着したとき練り容器55の下端部で
押し下げられたときスイツチレバー40の一端で
操作されるようになつている。軸41は第2図に
示すように、スイツチレバー40の中間部両側か
ら上方への折曲突出片40aの孔を挿通すると共
に、折曲突出片40aの両側から挟むようシヤー
シ31の一部を折曲形成した垂下片31aの孔を
挿通しており、またその一方側には直角方向への
延長折曲部41aが形成されてL字型をなしてい
る。この延長折曲部41aは、シヤーシ31に設
けた足先形の切欠き部72に回動挿通されてその
一端部に位置し、図示例ではスイツチ42のシヤ
ーシ31への取付金具73によつて切欠き部72
の他の部分を塞ぐようにすることでその位置を固
定する。シヤーシ31にはまた、焼成容器44、
焼成容器44の周囲を覆う遮熱板45および焼成
容器44の底部に位置し、コネクタ38を囲むよ
う円筒状ガイド43が固定されている。焼成容器
44には、壁面に碍子を介して止め金具47によ
りヒータ48が固定され、さらに容器固定ばね4
9および弾性的に支持された温度検知部50が固
定されている。また焼成容器44は上部を固定部
材57により本体上枠58に固定している。本体

円筒状突起が突設され、また内部には軸受51に
支持された羽根軸54に着脱自在に装着の練り羽
根53が設けられている。上記円筒状ガイド43
の外周上部と、外側の円筒状突起73の下部内周
には互いに合致する傾斜面が形成されている。ま
た上記羽根軸54の下部にはコネクタ38に接続
して回転を伝達される容器コネクタ52が固定さ
れている。練り容器55は、焼成容器44内に収
容装着されたとき容器固定ばね49が嵌合し、外
面に温度検知部50が圧接する。68は開閉自在
な蓋体であつて、焼成容器44上部に位置する内
蓋66を取り付けた蓋カバー67が設けられてい
る。蓋体68を閉めることにより内蓋66と焼成
容器44で調理室69が形成される。内蓋66に
は開閉自在な容器蓋62を有するイースト菌容器
65を固定している。イースト菌容器65には、

つて一定に保つようするものであるから、組み立
て作業を極めて簡単容易に行なうことがで、また
組み立て工数を低減でき、しかも固定部材を他の
部品の固定部材等で兼用し得る等のため、製造価
