Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, a urethane foam mold 1 consists of an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3 made of metal such as aluminum, and the upper mold 2 has a large number of gas vent holes 4.
The inside 5 of the mold 1 is filled with a urethane foam molding material and foam molded to produce a foam molded product 6. The gas generated during the foam molding is the gas of the upper mold 2. It is released to the outside world through the hole 4. At this time, the urethane foam molding material
The foam 7 overflows and is ejected from the gas vent hole 4.

As mentioned above, in the conventional technology, the foam 7 is ejected from the gas vent hole 4 of the upper mold 2, which wastes the material, and the foam 7 stuck in the gas vent hole 4 is removed after molding. It takes time and effort.

The present invention, as a means to solve the above conventional problems, consists of an upper mold 12 and a lower mold 13, where the upper mold 12 and/or the lower mold 13 are urethane foam molds made of a sintered body provided with fine open cells. 11.

A mold is constructed by combining the upper mold and the lower mold, and a urethane foam molding material is filled inside and foam-molded to produce a urethane foam molded article. The gas generated during the foam molding is uniformly discharged from inside the mold to the outside over the entire mold through the fine open cells of the ceramic sintered body of the upper mold and/or the lower mold.

Therefore, in the present invention, there is no need to provide a vent hole to release the gas generated during foam molding to the outside world, so the urethane foam molding material is not wasted, and the extra work of cleaning the gas vent hole is eliminated. is not required either. Furthermore, since the gas is released from the entire mold to the outside world, the foaming pressure becomes uniform, a homogeneous product can be produced, and the mold release property is also easy.

レタン発泡成形体16の離型が容易である。 A urethane foam molding material, which is a mixture of a urethane prepolymer, a curing agent, water, a foaming agent such as Freon, etc., is filled into the interior 15 of the mold 11, and is foamed and cured to form a urethane foam molded product 16. The gas generated during the urethane foam molding is uniformly released to the outside throughout the mold 11 through the fine open cells of the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 13. If part or all of the mold 11 is placed in a vacuum chamber, the release of the gas will be facilitated.
After molding, the upper mold 12 is separated from the lower mold 13 and the urethane foam molded product 16 is taken out. At this time, since the upper mold 12 and the lower mold 13 are made of a sintered body, the urethane foam molded product 16 can be easily released from the mold.
