ため第8図に示すようにクランプチエンの始端部
に自由回転な押えロールrを設け、該ロールの周
面に三角爪が入り込む溝を形成した装置はある
が、この場合には刺入強制が極く急激に行なわれ
るため樹脂シートaが延びて図のように完全に突
き刺さらず樹脂シートaガ前記の押えロールrを
通つた後、三角爪から抜ける方向に浮き上がつて
第7図の場合と同様に移送を安定させることがで
きないから、成形作業の途中でクランプチエンと
樹脂シートの突き刺さり具合を点検したり押さえ
ロールrを調整したりせねばならない欠点をも

対する喰込みを順次増大する傾斜配列にしたこと

刺入を嫌う反撥弾力があつても、その弾力を殺し
て前記刺入を施すことができるもので、樹脂シー
トが帯熱により軟かくなつていても送り途中で刺
入を確実に行い、該樹脂シートを三角爪の尖鋭先
端に向かつて浮上がらせることがなく、クランプ
チエン3を樹脂シートaの送り方向への移動を静
