It is often necessary to go through Therefore, this invention relates to a temporary sidewalk for construction work that is installed by simply covering the concrete pressure-feeding pipe, etc., when the concrete pressure-feeding pipe, etc., as described above crosses the sidewalk. (Prior Art) As a conventional temporary walkway for construction work of this type, there is a design of a simple erection walkway for construction work described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 32204/1983. (Problems to be solved by the invention) Since the above-mentioned conventional easily constructed walkways for construction work are prefabricated, there are problems in that assembly and disassembly, transportation, storage, etc. are time-consuming. . (Means for solving the problems) In order to solve the above problems, this invention
One end of the top plate 1 and the base end of one swash plate 2 are hinged at their upper ends, and the other end of the top plate 1 and the base end of the other swash plate 2 are hinged 3 at their lower ends. A guide rail 10 along the side frame 6 is provided on the inner surface of the side frame 6 on both sides, and two locking holes 11 and 12 are bored at appropriate intervals, and the swash plate 2 of both sides is provided with a guide rail 10 along the side frame 6.
The bases of the legs 4 are respectively fitted into the bases of the legs 4.
The base of the leg 4 is pivotally connected to the swash plate 2 by a pin 13, and the lower end is pivotally connected to the middle part of the leg 4 by a pin 14 so that the legs 4 can be alternately raised up, retracted into the swash plate 2 , and folded. A piece 16 is provided by pressing the locking pin 17 at the upper end outward and is movably provided on the guide rail 10, and when the leg 4 is erected or folded in, the locking pin 17 alternately closes the two locking holes. 11,12
A temporary walkway a for construction work is configured so as to extend into the inside. (Function) When the walkway a is not in use, fold the legs 4 of both swash plates 2 into the swash plate 2 from the usage state shown in FIG. When the other swash plate 2 is rotated downward and aligned with the top plate 1, the walkway a is folded into a flat shape as shown in FIG. (Example) To explain the structure of one embodiment of this invention shown in the drawings, a indicates a temporary walkway for construction work, 1 is the top plate, 2 is the slanted plate, the side frames 6 are in the shape of a U-shape, The swash plate 2 is constructed by stretching a metal plate 9 inside the frame body, which is composed of a base end frame 7 and a triangular end frame 8 having an arc-shaped distal end.
Configure. Thus, one end of the top plate 1 and one end of the swash plate 2
The base end of the top plate 1 and the base end of the other swash plate 2 have their lower edges hinged 3.
do. Guide rails 10 are provided along the base side of the inner surface of the outer pieces of the side frames 6 on both sides along the side frame 6, and are engaged at appropriate intervals with the intermediate portions of the outer pieces of the side frames 6 so as to face inside the guide rails 10. Stop holes 11 and 12 are bored. 4 stands up alternately at the base of each side frame 6 and the side frame 6
The legs are provided so that they can be folded inward, and their bases are fitted into the inner parts of the side frame 6 to remove the pins 13.
It is pivoted by. Reference numeral 5 denotes a support for the leg 4, which is placed on the outside of the leg 4 and whose lower end is connected to a pin 14 in the middle of the leg 4.
It is pivoted by. 15 is a case body fixed to the upper end of the support 5, and a circular piece 16 is attached to the outer end of the case body.
is movably fitted into the guide rail 10. Although not shown, a locking pin 17 which protrudes outward and has a spherical tip is movably fitted in the case body 15 and is pressed outward by a spring. 18 is a fixture for fixing the sidewalk a when it is folded, and 19 is a concrete pressure pipe of a concrete pump truck. Note that the metal plates 9 of the top plate 1 and the swash plate 2 are provided with anti-slip protection, such as by drilling a large number of holes. Next, its effect will be explained. (1) When using the walkway a in its folded state as shown in Figure 6, the fixation of the walkway a with the fixing device 18 is released, and the upper swash plate 2 is folded in its 3 hinges. The other swash plate 2 located below rotates to the right using the hinge 3 as a fulcrum, and to the left using the hinge 3 as a fulcrum, thereby opening the sidewalk a straightly. Therefore, if the locking pins 17 are pushed into the holes 12 on both sides of both swash plates 2 , against the elasticity of the springs, and the legs 4 are made to stand up, the locking pins can be passed from the legs 4 through the supports 5. 17 slides on the inner surface of the outer side of the side frame 6, and while the piece 16 of the case body 15 moves toward the base of the swash plate 2 along the guide rail 10, the leg 4 moves to the third position with the pin 13 as a fulcrum. Rotate in the opposite direction to the arrow in the figure. As shown in FIG. 3, when the leg 4 touches the base end frame 7 and stands up, the locking pin 17 simultaneously faces the hole 11, so that the locking pin 1
7 is pushed out by the elasticity of the spring and enters the hole 11 as shown in FIG.
is locked to the side frame 6, and the legs 4 are fixed in an upright position. Therefore, a temporary sidewalk is installed by carrying the sidewalk a and placing it over the concrete pressure pipe 19 as shown in FIG. (2) After that, when storing the walkway a , from the state shown in FIG. 3, the case body 15 of the support 5 moves toward the tip of the swash plate 2 , and the leg 4 pivots around the pin 13 as shown in FIG. It rotates in the direction of the arrow, and is inserted and folded into the side frame 6 of the swash plate 2 , as shown in FIG. At the same time, since the locking pin 17 faces the hole 12, the locking pin 17 operates in the same manner as described above and plunges into the hole 12, fixing the leg 4 in the folded state. Therefore, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 1, one swash plate 2 is rotated upwards and the other swash plate 2 is rotated downwards using their hinges 3 as fulcrums to align with the top plate 1. is folded into a flat shape as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the sidewalk a is fixed in a folded state using a fixing device 18 and transported, and is sequentially stacked and stored at an appropriate location. Note that the circular piece 16 of the leg 4 is the guide rail 10.
Instead of the support 5 that moves along the horizontal axis, both ends of a bendable support, which is pivoted by a pin so that the two links can be bent only upward from a straight position, are attached to the side frame 6 and the middle part of the leg 4, respectively. It may also be provided by being pivotally connected with a pin. (Effects of the invention) The temporary sidewalk for construction work of this invention has the following remarkable effects. (1) If you prepare this temporary sidewalk at a construction site, you can easily and quickly open the sidewalk and set up the legs with the legs upright, or fold the legs and fold the sidewalk for storage as needed. It is convenient for work because it can be dealt with immediately. (2) Since the sidewalk is a single piece, it is convenient for transportation, storage, etc., and there is no risk of its components coming off, which is beneficial for safety. (3) Since the legs are folded into the side frame, the top plate and both swash plates can be brought into contact with each other, allowing the walkway to be folded into a small and compact size, making it easy to handle. (4) Can be opened and closed by one worker. (5) Since the sidewalk is opened and closed by rotating both swash plates in opposite directions on both top plates, when the sidewalk is laid down, the rotation of both swash plates during opening and closing will be within the circle, and the sidewalk will be opened and closed. Opening/closing operations can be performed quickly and safely without the operator having to move much. (6) It has a simple structure, can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, operates light and smoothly, and is firmly fixed. (7) Depending on the width of the sidewalk, sidewalks may be used in parallel to construct a temporary sidewalk of the required width.
