Description
本開示の硬化性混合物または硬化性組成物は、1つ以上のシリコーンベースポリマーを含むため、該混合物または該組成物はシリコーン組成物である。組成物は、硬化促進剤としての1つ以上のアクリレートモノマーと、1つ以上の触媒と、1つ以上の架橋化剤とを更に含む。任意に、幾つかの実施形態においては、組成物は、本明細書に記載される1つ以上のO-ビニル化合物および制御剥離剤を更に含み得る。

本開示はまた、剥離ライナーを形成するのに使用され得る柔軟なライナーをコーティングするための、組成物の適用の使用を提供する。剥離ライナーは、基材(例えば、ラベル)用の、それを保護するキャリアとして機能する。本明細書に開示される組成物は、典型的には、非常に薄い剥離層または剥離コーティング(例えば、約1μm、ミクロン)として、柔軟なライナーの表面に適用される。組成物の剥離層の厚さは、約0.05μm~約3μm、約0.1μm~約2μm、約0.25μm~約1μmの範囲、または約0.5μm、約0.75μm、約1μm、約1.5μm、もしくは約2μmであり得る。組成物の剥離層をライナーの表面に適用することにより、貯蔵中にライナーの表面上の所定の位置にラベルを保持する弾性的な低エネルギー層が提供されるとともに、素早く簡単な除去も提供される。
本開示はまた、基材と、基材上に適用された接着剤と、硬化された組成物が表面に成層された剥離ライナーとを含む接着物品を提供する。組成物を、剥離ライナーを形成する基材またはライナー材料上に溶液として適用することができ、その後、コーティングされた溶液を上記に開示されるように熱を加えることによって硬化させて、剥離ライナーの形成が完了する。本開示は、様々な慣用の方法、例えば、グラビアコーティング法、バーコーティング法、スプレーコーティング法、スピンコーティング法、ナイフコーティング法、ロールコーティング法、ダイコーティング法などのような、剥離ライナーのベース材料(例えば、紙ライナー)上に組成物を剥離層として供給する方法の例を含む。幾つかの実施形態においては、基材は、ポリマーフィルム、紙、またはそれらの組合せで作ることができるラベルである。基材は、感圧性であり得る接着剤の薄層で少なくとも部分的に覆われている。接着剤層は、基材と、組成物の硬化された剥離層との間に配置される。
Claims (18)
- a)アクリレートモノマーを含む硬化促進剤と、シリコーンベースポリマーと、触媒とを混合して、混合物を形成する工程、
b)前記混合物を加熱して、硬化された組成物を形成する工程、
を含む、シリコーン含有組成物における硬化を促進する方法であって、
前記工程b)における加熱は、前記混合物を70℃~140℃の範囲の温度に1秒~10秒の範囲の期間にわたり曝露して、前記混合物を90%以上で硬化させ、
前記硬化後の混合物の弾性率(G’)は、120℃の温度で測定されて1×106パスカル以上であり、
前記硬化後の混合物の損失係数(tanδ)は、120℃の温度で測定されて0.01未満であり、
前記硬化前の混合物における、前記アクリレートモノマーの濃度が、0.2重量%~2重量%である、方法。 - 前記シリコーンベースポリマーは、ビニル官能性シリコーンベースポリマーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーンベースポリマーは、前記混合物の総重量の50重量%から95重量%の間で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、O-ビニルエーテル化合物を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記O-ビニルエーテル化合物は、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノールジビニルエーテル、ブタンジオールジビニルエーテル、およびドデシルビニルエーテルからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記O-ビニルエーテル化合物は、前記混合物の総重量の0.01重量%から10重量%の間で存在する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アクリレートモノマーは、単官能性、二官能性、三官能性、または多官能性のアクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記混合物を硬化させる期間は、1秒~5秒の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物を硬化させる温度は、100℃~130℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
