Claims (5)
- 車体フレームと、
前記車体フレームの前側に設けられ、複数の油圧アクチュエータを備えた作業装置と、
前記車体フレームの後側に設けられた原動機と、
前記原動機に設けられた油圧ポンプと、
前記原動機の前側に位置して前記車体フレーム上に設けられ、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータを制御する制御弁装置と、
を備えた建設機械において、
前記制御弁装置は、
前記車体フレームに取付けられ、対面する2つの面のうち一方の面が第1取付面となり、他方の面が第2取付面となったブロック体であり、内部に油路が形成されたマニホールドと、
前記マニホールドの前記第1取付面に取付けられかつ各々個別に軸方向に移動するスプールが内蔵された複数の第1切換弁と、前記第2取付面に取付けられて前記第1切換弁の前記スプールとは異なりかつ各々個別に軸方向に移動するスプールが内蔵された前記第1切換弁とは異なる複数の第2切換弁と、を含み、前記マニホールドの前記油路を介して前記油圧ポンプから供給される作動油が前記複数の油圧アクチュエータのうちのいずれか1つの油圧アクチュエータに給排されるように前記油圧ポンプと前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの各々との接続関係が切り替わる複数の制御弁と、
を備え、
前記複数の制御弁のうち、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータにおける同一の油圧アクチュエータを制御する複数の制御弁は、前記第1取付面または前記第2取付面の面内において同一の方向に整列して配置されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記マニホールドの前記第1取付面に取付けられた前記複数の第1切換弁と前記第2取付面に取付けられた前記複数の第2切換弁とは、それぞれの前記スプールが前記マニホールドに近づいたり離れたりする方向に動作するように配置されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記第1取付面に取付けられる前記複数の第1切換弁は、前記マニホールドの幅方向と上下方向とに整列した状態で配置され、
前記第2取付面に取付けられる前記複数の第2切換弁は、前記マニホールドの幅方向と上下方向とに整列した状態で配置されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項3に記載の建設機械において、
前記複数の第1切換弁は、前記マニホールドの幅方向に並んだ一列に同じ前記油圧アクチュエータを制御する第1切換弁が配列され、前記マニホールドの上下方向に並んだ一列に同じ前記油圧ポンプに対応した第1切換弁が配列されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記原動機によって駆動される閉回路用油圧ポンプ、前記閉回路用油圧ポンプと前記油圧アクチュエータとを接続する複数の閉回路用配管からなる閉回路システムと、
前記原動機によって駆動される開回路用油圧ポンプ、前記開回路用油圧ポンプと前記複数の閉回路用配管とを接続する複数の開回路用配管からなる開回路システムと、
を備え、
前記制御弁装置は、前記閉回路システムに接続される閉回路用制御弁装置と、前記開回路システムに接続される開回路用制御弁装置とからなることを特徴とする建設機械。
