Claims (10)
- 互いに直交する第1方向と第2方向に離隔する複数の電池セルの一側を収容する第1ホルダー;
前記電池セルの他の一側を収容する第2ホルダー;
導電材で形成されて前記第1ホルダーと前記第2ホルダーを前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に直交する第3方向に互いに締結する結合部材;
前記電池セルを電気的に連結する複数のタブ;および
前記タブをバッテリー管理システム(BMS)に連結するバスバーを含み、
前記第1ホルダーおよび前記第2ホルダーのうちの少なくとも一つは、前記第3方向に突出するリブを備える、二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記タブは、
折り曲げられて前記第2ホルダーの上面と側面に配置され、折り曲げられて前記第1ホルダーの下面と側面に配置されて複数の電池セルを並列連結する第1タブ部材、および
前記第2ホルダーの上面と前記第1ホルダーの下面に配置されて複数の電池セルを並列および直列連結する第2タブ部材を含み、
前記第1タブ部材は一つが備えられて正極または負極を帯び、
前記第2タブ部材は二つが備えられ、
二つのうち、前記第1タブ部材に隣接した前記第2タブ部材は前記第1タブ部材とは異なる極性を帯び、
隣接する二つの第2タブ部材は互いに異なる極性を帯び、
前記リブは、
互いに異なる極性を有する前記第1タブ部材と前記第2タブ部材との間、および互いに異なる極性を有する二つの前記第2タブ部材の間のそれぞれに備えられる、二次電池モジュール。 - 前記リブは、
前記電池セルを収容する前記第2ホルダーの収容ホールの形状に沿って曲線で形成される曲線部、および
前記曲線部を最近距離で直線で互いに連結する直線部を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記リブは、
前記曲線部のうちの一部を除去してサーミスタを設置する位置を提供する設置部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記結合部材は、
前記第2ホルダーを貫通して前記第1ホルダーに結合するように柱の一側端に形成されるねじ部、および
柱の他の一側に柱の直径よりも大きい直径を有する頭部を形成する、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記リブは、
前記第3方向に突出する高さ(H)を有し、
前記高さ(H)は、
前記頭部の直径(D1)から柱の直径(D2)を引いた大きさ(D1-D2)の1/2よりも大きく形成される(H>(D1-D2)/2)、請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記結合部材は、
前記第2方向に隣接する前記第1タブ部材と前記第2タブ部材との最短離隔距離、および前記第2タブ部材間の最短離隔距離より長く形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記第1ホルダーの下面および前記第2ホルダーの上面は、
前記タブを収容するように前記タブの厚さに相応する収容部を備える、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記第1ホルダーは、下面に前記電池セルの電極端子に至る深さの開口を形成し、
前記第2ホルダーは、上面に前記電池セルの電極端子に至る深さの開口を形成し、
前記タブは、
前記収容部の一側で前記開口の前記深さだけ折り曲げられて前記電極端子に連結される連結部を有する、請求項7に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記第1ホルダー側を収容するケース;および
前記第2ホルダー側を覆うカバーをさらに含み、
前記カバーは、
内面で前記電池セルに向かって対応するリブを備える、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記カバーの前記リブは、正六角形で形成されて前記第1方向および前記第2方向に反復配置される、請求項9に記載の二次電池モジュール。
